Zur Deutung der Entstehungsursache der Nekrosezone beim Schneiden von Gewebe mittels Laserstrahlen ist die Kenntnis der räumlichen Intensitätsverteilung der Strahlung im Gewebe notwendig. Es wurden Messungen der Intensitätsverteilung von YAG-Laserstrahlung in Rattenleber durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, daß die Breite der Nekrosezone nicht durch die im Gewebe gestreute Strahlung erklärt werden kann. 'To interpret the effects producing the necrotic zone during cutting by laser radiation it is necessary to get informations about the spatial intensity distribution of the radiation in tissue. Measurements were carried out to determine the intensity distribution of YAG laser radiation in rat liver. The measurement results indicate that the width of the necrotic zone does not result from the scattered radiation in the tissue.
