Mental health is a state of mental well-being that allows a harmonious and productive life, as an integral part of a person's quality of life by paying attention to aspects of human life. The prevalence of mental disorders worldwide according to WHO (World Health Organization) data in 2019, there are 264 million people experiencing depression, 45 million people suffering from bipolar disorder, 50 million people experiencing dementia, and 20 million people experiencing schizophrenia. This condition needs serious attention from all levels of cross-sectoral government both at the Central and Regional levels, as well as attention from the entire community, especially families. The lack of understanding of the community and families about how to treat patients with mental disorders and the stigma of society on mental patients will have a non-optimal impact on the recovery of family members who suffer from mental disorders. Where the field survey data found a statement that 85% of the people of Puhun Pintu Kabun Bukittinggi City lacked knowledge about people with mental disorders, community stigma in patients with mental disorders and how to treat patients with mental disorders at home. Health education and support from the community and family are very much needed by patients with mental disorders. Kesehatan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar setiap manusia, World Health Organization (WHO) menyatakan bahwa kesehatan adalah suatu keadaan dimana sejahtera fisik, mental dan sosial dalam keadaan sehat dan bebas dari penyakit apapun. Di Indonesia, remaja yang mengalami gangguan mental emosional semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya karena beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah dukungan teman sebaya dan lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan teman sebaya dan lingkungan sekolah dengan gangguan jiwa dan emosi pada remaja di SMK Kosgoro 2 Payakumbuh tahun 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis dengan uji statistik cross sectional dan chi-square. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 76 responden dengan kategori remaja dengan menggunakan teknik multistage sampling. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara dukungan teman sebaya dengan gangguan mental emosional pada remaja di SMK Kosgoro 2 Payakumbuh dengan (p<α) p value 0,048 dan tidak ada hubungan antara lingkungan sekolah dengan gangguan mental emosional pada remaja dengan hasil (p>) nilai p 0,276. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dukungan teman sebaya memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan gangguan mental emosional dan lingkungan sekolah tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan gangguan mental emosional. Saran dari penelitian ini diharapkan pihak sekolah memperhatikan hubungan peer support dalam pergaulan siswa karena hal ini sangat mempengaruhi terjadinya gangguan mental emosional pada remaja. Adolescent Behavior Deviation can also be referred to as juvenile delinquency, is an act that violates norms, rules or laws in society that is carried out at the age of adolescence or the transition during childhood and adulthood. Data from the National Commission for Child Protection released the number of cases of brawl between students in 2011 as many as 341 cases and 95 fatalities. According to data from the Principal through BK Teachers at SMPS-PSM Kota Bukittinggi the number of SMPS-PSM students is 51 students, of the many students on average every month they enter the BK room as many as 4-8 students and 5 out of 10 students are late to school, There are some students who do not make homework until leaving school before returning home. The aim of the study is to determine the relationship between discipline and peer influence with juvenile delinquency in students at SMP-PSM Kota Bukittinggi in 2020. The method used is descriptive analytic with cross sectional design with tools measure the questionnaire. The sampling technique used was total sampling with a sample of 51 people in the study, then processed using the chi-square-test. The results showed that univariate students were not disciplined (45.1%), students with peer influence were (70.6%) and most of the students committed juvenile delinquency (78.4%) and the bivariate results found that there was a relationship between discipline. with juvenile delinquency obtained p value = 0.00 (p <0.05), and there is a relationship between peer influence and juvenile delinquency obtained p value = 0.001 (p <0.005). The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between discipline and peer influence with juvenile delinquency in SMP-PSM Kota Bukittinggi in 2020. It is hoped that schools will improve student discipline to reduce juvenile delinquency. For further researchers, it can examine the relationship between self-motivation and juvenile delinquency. Stroke merupakan masalah kesehatan utama bagi masyarakat modern. Saat ini stroke semakin menjadi masalah serius yang dihadapi hampir di seluruh dunia, faktor-faktor yang dapat menyebabkan stroke dibagi menjadi faktor risiko yang tidak dapat diubah atau tidak dapat diubah seperti usia, jenis kelamin, riwayat keluarga, ras, dan faktor risiko yang dapat dimodifikasi. atau dapat dimodifikasi seperti hipertensi, obesitas, merokok, diabetes melitus, dan aktivitas fisik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor prilaku dan jenis kelamin yang berhubungan dengan perilaku pasien pasca stroke saat berkunjung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik cross sectional study, penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mandiangin. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 109. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan lebih dari separuh responden memiliki dukungan baik 60 (55%), berjenis kelamin laki-laki 61 ( 56%). Hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan prilaku pasien pasca stroke dengan p value = 0,001 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan bermakna antara Dukungan Keluarga dengan Perilaku Pasien Pasca Stroke di Puskesmas Mandiangin dan Hubungan antara jenis kelamin dengan perilaku pasien pasca stroke dengan p value = 0,020 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan bermakna antara Jenis Kelamin dengan Perilaku Pasien Pasca Stroke. Saran diharapkan kepada pihak puskesmas untuk selalu memberikan edukasi tentang faktor risiko stroke kepada keluarga pasien dan kepada pasien saat melakukan kunjungan ulang.
