Abstrak Efektivitas implementasi sistem informasi dalam proses manajemen kelembagaan sering terhambat oleh banyak faktor. Sehingga mengakibatkan transformasi business process yang diharapkan dengan sistem informasi berakselerasi dengan cepat justru mengalami kemandekan. Pada penelitian ini mengkaji permasalahan dalam impelementasi sistem informasi di perguruan tinggi swasta. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat masalah yang sifatnya teknis dan non-teknis. Masalah teknis, diantaranya adalah internet, infrastruktur jaringan, perangkat komputer dan pendukungnya, keamanan sistem, integrasi sistem, ketersediaan sistem, dan pemeliharaan Teknologi Informasi (TI). Sedangkan masalah non-teknis dalam implementasi sistem informasi di perguruan tinggi swasta, yaitu penerimaan dan partisipasi, budaya dan perilaku, sumber daya manusia, perencanaan, manajemen dan tatakelola TI, organisasi, konten sistem informasi, anggaran dan biaya, serta dukungan pimpinan dan karakter kepemimpinan. Kata kunci: sistem informasi, masalah teknis, masalah non-teknis. Abstract The effectiveness of the implementation of information systems in the process of institutional management is often hampered by many factors. Resulting in business process transformation that is expected to accelerate quickly information systems precisely to stagnate. In this research study the problems in the implementation of information systems in private colleges. From the results of this study indicate that there are problems that are both technical and non-technical. Technical problems, which are internet, network infrastructure, computers and supporters, security systems, system integration, system availability, and Information Technology (IT) maintenance. While the non-technical issues in the implementation of information systems in private colleges, namely acceptance and participation, culture and behavior, human resources, planning, management and governance of IT, organizations content of information systems, budget and cost, support leadership and character of leadership. Penelitian ini mengkaji permasalahan dalam impelementasi sistem informasi di perguruan tinggi swasta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta yang sedang berkembang di Jawa Timur berstatus universitas, ciri khas dari lembaga ini adalah perguruan tinggi Islam dan terletak di tengah-tengah komunitas pesantren. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode interpretif yaitu suatu upaya untuk mencari penjelasan peristiwa yang didasarkan perspektif dan pengalaman orang yang diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan wawancara langsung dengan pendekatan semi terstruktur. Hasil wawancara di analisis menggunakan metode sensemaking. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat masalah yang sifatnya teknis dan non-teknis. Hasil temuan penelitian ini cenderung memperjelas atau menjabarkan teori penelitian sebelumnya.
Mojokerto Red Cross Blood Donation Unit (UDD) has several problems in serving blood to consumers. These problems include: 1) Less effective blood age checks due to manually calculation. Given limited human resources, this procedure requires a long time if there are many transactions to handle at the same time; 2) To obtain bloodstock information, consumers must contact PMI in advance; 3) The blood ordering procedure makes hospital personnels come directly to PMI office to fill out the order and blood draw form. Based on the problem identification, this research proposed a website-based blood service information system that can accommodate these three problems. The system consists of several features, including: 1) Blood age check feature, 2) Bloodstock information, and 3) Blood ordering. The purpose was to improve services to UDD PMI Mojokerto consumers. In order to achieve this goal, a software engineering model was proposed using the Incremental/Iterative model, CodeIgniter framework, MySQL Database, Balsamiq Mockups for user interface design and Black-Box Testing approach for validation testing. The validation testing results showed that the proposed system is able to solve the UDD PMI Mojokerto problem because it has features of accurate blood age check, displays real-time blood stock information and allows consumers to make online blood ordering.
Bongkot village has many people suffering from mental disorders. There are around fifty people suffering from mental disorders. Prediction of mental disorders at table three is usually done through interviews. Cadres need to fill out the form provided on the Towards Healthy Soul Card (KMSJ) at the interview. The form needs to be filled out based on the results of the interview to predict whether the interviewee has a mental illness or not. If the results of the interview are predicted to have a mental disorder, the cadre will recommend appropriate follow-up. This process is certainly prone to mistakes because it only depends on cadre knowledge. Predictions will certainly affect the recommendations given. in this community service program, the authors propose to apply Information Technology (IT) to reduce the risk of such errors. The system is named the Mental Health Posyandu Management Information System (SIM). The system is expected to be able to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services at the posyandu, the output of this service produces an online-based application related to the service of mental health posyandu with the address www. poskeswa.com.
