Nowadays, social media is growing rapidly and globally until it finally became an important part of society. During campaign period for the regional head election in Indonesia, the candidates and their supporting parties actively use social media as a campaign tool. Social media like Twitter has been known as a political microblogging media that can provide data about current political event based on users’ tweets. By using Twitter as a data source, this study analyzes public participation during campaign period for 2018 Central Java regional head election. The purpose is to observe how much reaction is given to each candidate who advanced in the election. By using the crawling program, all tweets containing certain candidate names will be downloaded. After going through a series of preprocessing stages, data can be classified using Naive Bayes. Predictor features in classification datasets are the number of replies, retweets, and likes. While the target variable is reaction that is divided into three levels, including high, medium, and low. These levels are determined based on users’ reaction in a tweet. By using these rules, Naive Bayes managed to classify data correctly as much as 76.74% for Ganjar Pranowo and 68.81% for Sudirman Said.
High temperature oxidation of low carbon steel (SAPH440) with and without a hot-dip Al coating in an atmosphere containing burning ethanol, water vapor, and air were studied by isothermal oxidation at 600 °C, 650 °C, 700 °C, and 750 °C over 49 h. The experimental results show that the water vapor and hydrogen produced by ethanol burning in the atmosphere promotes an increase in weight gain and metal loss in the bare steel. The growth of the iron oxide layer is attributed to large amounts of hydrogen dissolved in the iron oxide layer leading to fast oxidation kinetics. The protective Al2O3 layer formed on the surface of aluminide steel can serve as a barrier to hydrogen penetration in the aluminide layer; thus, the oxidation rate of bare steel was significantly slower in the atmosphere containing both water vapor and hydrogen.Disruptive Innovation in Mechanical Engineering for Industry Competitiveness AIP Conf. The government is trying to reduce the spread and death from COVID-19 by vaccinating all regions. Implementation of vaccination at the vaccination center is one of the government's innovations to make it easier for people to get vaccines. This study aims to determine the society's perspective regarding the services received when administering the COVID-19 vaccine at the Semarang vaccination center. This research is a qualitative study with a phenomenology approach. A total of 121 people became respondents. Data collection was carried out by conducting interviews with respondents after administering the vaccine at the vaccination center. The results showed that the vaccination services received at the vaccination center is appropriate with the expectations of the respondents. Much information about the implementation of vaccinations can be obtained through social media. In addition, serving officers need to apply a friendly, nimble and in adequate amount. We recommend that the government continue to carry out the vaccination program at vaccination centers with improvements like the need for staff training so that they can provide excellent service when providing vaccination services.
