Peran perempuan di ranah publik semakin meluas dan kompleks. Permasalahan ini akan lebih dirasakan pada perempuan yang telah menikah dan memiliki anak, perempuan masih saja dituntut untuk mengerjakan dan menyelesaikan pekerjaan rumah meskipun bekerja. Hal ini dikarenakan dukungan yang diberikan suami dan keluarga di rumah masih sedikit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dukungan sosial (suami dan keluarga) dengan konflik pekerjaan-keluarga melalui relasi social equality matching dan communal sharing dengan pendekatan psikologi indigenos. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Total subjek sebanyak 296 yang diambil dengan teknik sampling nonprobability sampling, kriteria subjek adalah istri yang bekerja secara profesional, memiliki anak berusia maksimal 12 tahun yang tinggal bersama suami, dan merepresentasikan diri sebagai etnis Jawa. Survei korelasional digunakan sebagai metode penelitian. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain Skala Konflik Pekerjaan-Keluarga, Skala Dukungan Suami, Skala Dukungan Keluarga, Skala Relasi Sosial Communal Sharing, dan Skala Relasi Sosial Equality Matching. Analisis data penelitian yang digunakan adalah uji model pengukuran sekaligus terhadap 5 konstruk menggunakan analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil uji model, ditemukan model dukungan sosial dalam relasi sosial keluarga Jawa pada ibu bekerja yang mengalami konflik pekerjaan-keluarga teruji secara empiris (diperoleh nilai kai-kuadrat 2,569, p0.05; nilai GFI sebesar 0,997 , GFI ≥0,90; nilai AGFI sebesar 0,974, AGFI ≥0,90, dan RMSEA sebesar 0,031, RMSEA0,08). Dalam penelitian ini, dukungan sosial (suami dan keluarga) memiliki pengaruh terhadap konflik pekerjaan-keluarga pada ibu yang bekerja, namun pengaruhnya bersifat tidak langsung melalui relasi social equality matching dan communal sharing.The role of women in the public sphere increasingly widespread and complex. This problem will be more felt in women who are married and have children, women are still required to do and complete homework even though they are working. This is because support provided by the husband and family at home is still minimal. The purpose of this study was to determine social support (husband and family) with work-family conflict through communal sharing relations and equality matching with indigenous psychological approach. The location of the research in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, 296 subjects taken by nonprobability sampling technique , wives who work professionally, have children up to 12 years old who live with their husbands and represent themselves as ethnic Javanese. The correlational survey was used as a research method. The measuring tools used include the Work-Family Conflict Scale, Husband's Support Scale, Family Support Scale, Communal Sharing Social Relations Scale and Equality Matching Social Relations Scale. Analysis of research data used path analysis. Based on the results of the model test, it was found that social support model in Javanese family social relations in working mothers who experienced work-family conflict was empirically tested. (the chi-square value was 2.569, p0.05; GFI value of 0.997 , GFI 0.90; AGFI value is 0.974, AGFI 0.90, and RMSEA is 0.031, RMSEA 0.08). In this study, social support (husband support and family support) influences work-family conflict in working mothers, but the effect is indirect through social relations of communal sharing and equality matching.
