This research aims to find out the efforts of administrative staff in improving the quality of school services in SMP Negeri 8 Jambi City, and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the quality of services at the school. Using descriptive qualitative methods. The subjects of the study were the school principal, the head of the administrative staff and the school administrative staff. Data obtained by interview, observation, documentation. All data were analyzed with a descriptive analysis approach. The results showed: (1) The efforts of administrative staff in improving the quality of school services in SMP Negeri 8 Jambi City were carried out in a systematic process, namely the management of school administrative staff involving teachers and staff to hold joint meetings in order to submit school service reports. This effort was made in accordance with aspects of school needs. (2) Supporting factors for improving the quality of this service is that each administrative staff has their own computer, then the available facilities, the principal always strives to meet the needs of the school. The obstacle faced by school administrative staff in improving the quality of school services is the lack of administrative personnel.

Green spirituality is very important to do because it can foster good character development for each individual. The concept of caring for the environment and spiritual attitudes that are very closely related also have a significant impact on the character of students. This study aims to examine the spiritual attitude and character of students' environmental care and their effects. This type of research is a mixed method. The sample used is 35 high school students with the sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The instrument used is a quantitative instrument in the form of a questionnaire of students' spiritual attitudes and environmental care characters, while the qualitative instrument is an interview sheet for students' spiritual attitudes. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical test and linear regression test. The results obtained in this study are that the sample has a fairly good category for each variable, while for the linear regression test, it shows that there is 50.3% of the influence of spiritual attitudes on the character of students' environmental care. These results indicate that there is a significant influence between spiritual attitudes on the students' environmental care character.

Latar belakang penelitian rendahnya kinerja guru dilihat dari sebagian besar guru belum membuat rancangan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam merencanakan pembelajaran maupun guru yang belum mengembangkan serta menerapkan program penilaian terhadap peserta didik. Metode penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi. Anggota populasi seluruh guru sma negeri sekabupaten tebo dengan jumlah guru sebanyak 491 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling atau sampel acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sma negeri di kabupaten tebo terhadap kinerja guru, terdapat pengaruh langsung struktur organisasi terhadap kinerja guru sma negeri kabupaten tebo, terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru sma negeri kabupaten tebo, terdapat pengaruh langsung struktur organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja guru di kabupaten tebo, terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru sma negeri kabupaten tebo, terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru melalui motivasi kerja guru sma negeri kabupaten tebo, terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung struktur organisasi terhadap kinerja guru melalui motivasi kerja guru sma negeri kabupaten tebo. Kata kunci : Kepemimpnan Kepala Sekolah, Struktur Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kinerja Guru

This community service aims to provide assistance for students in utilizing digital-based information so that they can provide positive directions for character building. The method consists of both small and large lectures then simulations, individual and classical approaches. In this mentoring all participants will work well individually or in groups. The lecture method will be used to provide direction to participants regarding matters related to digital literacy and positive character for students so they can have strong motivation and have positive character as they should. Utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) continues to make a significant contribution to the development of students at SMK PP Negeri Jambi, to become human beings with character and intellectual intelligence. It is necessary to apply the following principles: The use of ICT in education should take into account the characteristics of students, educators and educational staff in the overall decision to make ICT; The use of ICT should be designed to strengthen the user's interest and motivation to improve themselves intellectually, spiritually, socially, and physically; Utilization of ICT should encourage users to be more creative and innovative so that they are not only satisfied with being consumers of ICT-based information.
