This study aims to explore the impact of management information system's (MIS) features (reliability degree on the system, the availability of computer devices, elasticity degree of the system, and the training programs) on crisis management in the Jordanian Commercial Banks (Northern Region), trying to build theoretical and practical frame for the effect of management information system in fulfilling innovations. And trying to clarify the impact of these features on crisis management. In addition to introduce suggestions and recommendations to the firms, and to the future researches in same topics. Eleven commercial banks have been selected, based on a random judgment sample, (78) respondents were drawn from main commercial bank (northern region) of different administrative levels, and all considered to be valid. The most important research findings that there is positive statistically significant influence among management information system features (reliability degree on the system, the availability of computers' devices, elasticity degree of the system, and the training programs) on crisis management. The study recommended that problems and constraints that might adversely affect the application of management information systems should be known in the future. Contribution/ Originality:This study is one of very few studies which have investigated to provide a comprehensive and updated database on an ongoing business organizations, and to uses a system as experts when setting up crisis management plan, and to address the effects of the crisis and to restore their normal activity and Benefiting from previous crisis and draw lessons from them.

The population consisted of the estimated 11 commercial bank employees, operating in Irbid province, out of a total 34 branches, and a randomized judgmental sample were taken from (80) employees working in human resources departments. (71) resolutions deemed fit for analysis recovered. The most important research findings that there is positive statistically significant influence for human resources management practices (training, participating in decision-making, motivation, and controlling)) in crisis management. The study recommends that outsourcing like consultants is another option, consultant that can lead the process. Contribution/ Originality This study aimed to explore the impact of human resources management practices (training, participating in decision-making, motivation, and controlling), trying to build theoretical and practical frame for the effect of human resource practices in fulfilling innovations.
Entrepreneurial leadership with a pure intellectual starting point has received the attention of high-quality international business organizations because of its need for leadership that possesses strategic thinking which can change with the changing circumstances surrounding it, hence the interest in the topic of entrepreneurial leadership with strategic thinking due to the acceleration of the complex environmental conditions surrounding these organizations, represented by the emergence of the phenomenon of globalization and the cognitive economy and technological progress, which may be represented here as the techniques of artificial intelligence, which prompted these leaders and their organizations to search for mechanisms for their continuity and stability in a competitive world. Therefore, it is expected that entrepreneur leaders possess the qualities of intellectual stimulation, which is an important matter in entrepreneurial leadership, and that they are also ready to change the existing status of their organizations by creating major changes, through taking advanced technological technologies. This is expected to help them achieve the visions of their organizations to reach local and global entrepreneurship. Therefore, the current study worked on knowing the impact of artificial intelligence on the entrepreneurship of the leadership of international business organizations to reach the added value of its strategic operations at the local and global levels.
