This study aimed to identify the impact of human resources management practices on job burnout among faculty members of various academic ranks working in public and private universities in Jordan, as well as knowing the percentage of faculty members who would like to leave their universities if they had the opportunity to work in another university. (305) questionnaires were analyzed out of (375) distributed ones, forming the study sample. The study found that the overall level of human resources management practices and the overall level of job burnout feeling were moderate. And that human resources management practices has an impact on the feeling of job burnout among faculty members. The results also showed that job burnout among faculty members in private universities is slightly higher than their counterparts in public universities. The study revealed that (50.5%) of the respondents will consider leaving their universities if they had the opportunity to work in another university, because of their job burnout feeling due to human resources management practices applied in their universities. The study highly recommended the development and improvement of human resources management practices in Jordanian public and private universities.
Entrepreneurial leadership with a pure intellectual starting point has received the attention of high-quality international business organizations because of its need for leadership that possesses strategic thinking which can change with the changing circumstances surrounding it, hence the interest in the topic of entrepreneurial leadership with strategic thinking due to the acceleration of the complex environmental conditions surrounding these organizations, represented by the emergence of the phenomenon of globalization and the cognitive economy and technological progress, which may be represented here as the techniques of artificial intelligence, which prompted these leaders and their organizations to search for mechanisms for their continuity and stability in a competitive world. Therefore, it is expected that entrepreneur leaders possess the qualities of intellectual stimulation, which is an important matter in entrepreneurial leadership, and that they are also ready to change the existing status of their organizations by creating major changes, through taking advanced technological technologies. This is expected to help them achieve the visions of their organizations to reach local and global entrepreneurship. Therefore, the current study worked on knowing the impact of artificial intelligence on the entrepreneurship of the leadership of international business organizations to reach the added value of its strategic operations at the local and global levels.
The main objective of this study is to show the social positive and psychological impact on the performance efficiency of audit offices from the perspective of the employees in those offices, and to fulfill this, the researchers relied on two inputs: the inductive and descriptive analytical approach, as well as relying on spss software to analyze data of this study, and test the hypothesis, which were in descriptive statistics metrics, model fit tests, and multiple linear regression analysis, to test the study hypothesis. The study sample consisted of 325 qualified people working in these offices. The most important conclusion from this research is that the psychological capital develops the fruitful exploitation of auditors in the work, to accomplish the audit work. In addition, the directors of audit offices seek to establish social cooperative relations among office workers. The most substantial recommendations of this research are crystallized by attracting human and intellectually, psychologically, socially and practically qualified elements who have sufficient skills and experience in auditing processes, in addition, the demand to encourage teamwork, and give powers to team members, so that many of the work problems are resolved through teams.
