Di samping itu, faktor permasalahan dalam negeri tidak mau kalah, korupsi yang membudaya dan terus ber-generasi seperrti amoba yang mengakar sampai pelosok bawah, akhlak anak bangsa yang memperihatinkan, kemiskinan yang disebabakan kegagalan dalam ketahanan pangan, kebodohan diakibatkan kurangnya wacana literasi yang kalah akan teknologi yang mengarah ke uforia, kesehatan dampak munculnya

The writing of this article is grounded by observations and simultaneous assessments of the external and internal environments of educational institutions allowing education managers to be able to identify the different types of opportunities available to successfully formulate and implement various educational plans. This comprehensive design can be done through a process of action known as a strategic environmental analysis. Strategic concept is more effective in allocating existing resources in achieving educational goals. The existence of the implementation of Islamic Education will be a means, the media in the distribution of vision and mission in addition to implications on improving the quality of faith, taqwa, even faith (leader) for the devout. Environmental analysis is a stakeholder analysis, a very important instrument for understanding the social and institutional context of a program / project activity. This instrument is used to identify stakeholder interests, interests, and influence on ongoing program / project activities.

PENDAHULUANPendidikan profetik yang merupakan proses transfer of knowledge dan transfer of values yang bertujuan untuk mendekatkan diri kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan alam ciptaan-Nya serta dalam memahami untuk membangun rumpun masyarakat social yang idealnya bermanfaat bagi sesama manusia atau memiliki manfaat terhadap kelompok masyarakat. Dalam pendidikan profetik seyogyanya peserta didik dipersiapkan sebagai pribadi sekaligus bentuk dari nilai-nilai rahmatan lil'alamin yang diperuntukan sebagai standar keberhasilan pendidikan yang diukur atas capaian pembelajaran yang menginternalisasikan dalam pribadi dan teraktualisasi secara social masyarakat.Pendidikan profetik yang diidentikan sebagai paradigma pendidikan yang berusaha melakukan kolaborasi antara sistem pendidikan yang fokus terhadap nilainilai moral serta religious culture dengan sistem pendidikan yang modern (new educations) yang mengembangkan bentuk nilai-nilai kemanusiaan (humanism). Dalam perjalananya pendidikan profetik telah dikembangkan dalam bentuk tiga lokus dimensi yang mengarahkan perubahan terhadap kelompok masyarakat yang berupa: humanisassi, liberasi, dan transendensi. Paradigma pendidikan profetik dapat dipahami sebagai seperangkat teori yang tidak hanya menjabarkan dan mentransformasikan gejalaa-gejala social, dan mengubah sesuatu yang hanya demi perubahan (change)

This research is based on a phenomenon in relation to the leadership of the head of Madrasah in Islamic education institutions which is a formal Islamic boarding school based madrasah that contrasts with the embodiment of Islamic education institutions. In order to carry out its role as a leader, the headmaster must have the right strategy to improve the quality of his administrative staff through cooperation or cooperation, giving the administrative staff the opportunity to improve their profession and encourage the involvement of all administrative personnel in various activities that support the madrasah program. The focus of this study are:1. How is the Policy of the Head of Madrasah in Improving the Quality of Performance of Administrative Staff? 2. How is the Motivation of Madrasah Heads in Improving the Quality of Administrative Staff Performance? 3. How to inhibit the Head of Madrasah in Improving the Quality of Administrative Staff overcome it? This type of research is a field research with a phenomenological approach, a qualitative descriptive research method, so that the approach taken is a qualitative approach using a case study design, data analysis with an inductive approach. From the results of this study, the authors conclude that: 1) The Policy of the Head of Madrasah in Improving the Quality of Performance of Administrative Personnel is in the formation of character in the form of discipline and exemplary that is by processing the awareness of the whole Madrasa citizens. 2) Motivation of Head of Madrasah in Improving the Quality of Performance of Administrative Personnel in the attitude that is always responsive from the Head of Madrasah to the subordinates by giving encouragement, guidance, direction, training, and appreciation for work performance. 3) Inhibiting Factors of Madrasah Heads in Improving the Quality of Administrative Staff Performance and how to overcome them are in discipline and orderliness in work. In overcoming Madrasah heads by enforcing exemplary attitudes for all Madrasah citizens.

The development of sharia banking in Indonesia very rapidly grow up preceded by Bank Muamalat Indonesia and in 2013 ranked as the bank with the highest loyalty and the best among other sharia banking nationally. Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun is one of the first branch in Madiun and currently has many competitors from other sharia banking. Based on this background, in this study take what factors affect the size of customer loyalty Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun. Based on the result of research, it is found that the level of loyalty of customer of Bank Muamalat of Madiun branch is mostly influenced by product innovation with value of t test value obtained by t-count 2,493, while second factor is influenced by service quality with result of tcount 2,268. So the least influenced factor by the value of the customer is with value of 2.217. This research is a descriptive research method and associative / relationship, this matter to know the value of independent variable. While population of this research is funding customer of Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun with amount of 22.196 customer by taking data using random sampling method as much as 108 customer.
