Several universities are experimenting with hybrid-based learning systems to enter a new era after the COVID-19 pandemic. This study explores the model of student readiness and acceptance of the hybrid learning system. For this reason, this study was designed to use Hierarchical Component Models to build a hybrid learning readiness construct and combine it with two other major theories, namely extended TAM 3 and TPB. Data were collected from several logistics business students who had participated in hybrid learning. The findings in this study will prove how the readiness model we built can increase student acceptance of using the hybrid learning system.
Several previous studies explained that the implementation of an integrated information system needed to be realized at Perum BULOG because the old system has not been integrated. This was also realized by the management of Perum BULOG by carrying out one of its long-term plans, namely carrying out the implementation of ERP system in 2020. On the other hand, ERP is a complex system because ERP systems often adds more difficulties to the implementation process. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on the analysis of ERP implementation at Perum BULOG to see how ERP users will accept this technology using the extended TAM 3 approach. Outer Model and Inner Model are used to test and analyze data from research instruments using the SMART PLS 3.0. Based on the research findings, it can be seen from 12 research hypotheses, 9 research hypotheses were accepted and 3 were rejected. It is known that perceived usefulness is found only factor in system-technology ERP and perceived ease of use which have a positive and significant correlation. Meanwhile, the perceived ease of use factor was found only the organization process characteristic and system-technology ERP factor that had a positive and significant correlation. Furthermore, the attitude factor of ERP user is influenced by the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Where the ERP user attitude factor is able to encourage behavioral intention and have implication for use and user satisfaction.
Entrepreneurship is an innovative and creative process that can add value to products, create job opportunities, raise productivity, revitalize, and diversify markets, improve social welfare, and, more broadly, develop the economy. Entrepreneurship education encourages the founding of new businesses by students and alums and equips them with critical decision-making skills that enhance the success of graduates in the job market. That is why we seek to develop better entrepreneurs. Part of that is raising their intentions to start a business; another is making their intentions more realistic. To do both requires a deeper, richer understanding, and analysis of an entrepreneurial implementation intention in vocational education students is essential. In this study, researchers want to know what variables affect Entrepreneurial Implementation Intention in vocational education students at Universitas Padjadjaran. The results of this study found that Entrepreneurial Knowledge affects the main determinant of this research to encourage the increase of Entrepreneurial Implementation Intention.
The market has experienced instability and uncertainty in recent decades, as a result of which entrepreneurship has gained greater visibility in the scientific community, as well as in politics and business. As a result of these findings, entrepreneurship education is at the top of the political agenda and has been a high-priority item worldwide for the past 15 years. Previous studies stated that entrepreneurs are fostered during their lifetime, and education is critical to building entrepreneurship in students' minds. Therefore, research is needed on the effect of vocational education on students' entrepreneurial intentions. The study results show that Vocational Perception (VP) showed a positive and significant influence in improving Entrepreneurial Intention (EI), especially in the Logistics Business Vocational Study Program at Padjadjaran University.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
