The development of technology, fast, accurate and reliable information is a very important requirement for an organization. Information has a very important role in determining the life and death of a company. PT Bangun Mitra Makmur is a company engaged in the sale of goods which includes goods such as cement and non-cement and has a marketing area covering Lampung and South Sumatra. Sales transaction data in the sales division related to data on sales of goods is so large and large that it requires large storage media and it is difficult to process these data for making reports that are used by management for making a decision. Processing sales data to produce reports takes a long time because it is still processed with the help of the Microsoft Excel application. The large amount of sales transactional data stored cannot be used as a basis for analysis before further data processing is carried out to be used as a basis for top level management levels in making a decision. Sales data warehouse is designed using the Nine Step Methodology data warehouse so as to produce a better data warehouse design using star schema modeling and using star schema will speed up queries for information delivery.

Cognitive decline is a significant complication that affects most stroke survivors. Early detection of cognitive decline in ischemic stroke patients and identification of risk factors improves their clinical outcomes. This study aimed to determine the characteristics of cognitive status in the sub-acute phase of ischemic stroke. A cross-sectional study was conducted on 89 sub-acute ischemic stroke patients in three hospitals in West Nusa Tenggara recruited consecutively from August 2019 to April 2020. The data collected were demographic and clinical characteristics, cognitive status, and functional outcome. The association between clinical and demographic characteristics and cognitive decline was analyzed using logistic regression. In addition, the relationship between cognitive status and functional outcomes of these patients was examined using the chi-square test. This study revealed that the prevalence of cognitive decline in these subjects was 71.9%. Multiple logistic regression showed that age was the only characteristic associated with cognitive decline in the subjects (OR = 5.12,95% CI = 1.08-24.28). Furthermore, the frequency of cognitive decline in these subjects was significantly associated with functional outcomes (p-value =0.014). Thus, there was a high prevalence of cognitive decline in sub-acute ischemic stroke patients associated with increasing age and poor functional outcomes.

Pemerintah melalui Humas saat ini memiliki peran penting dalam hal arus informasi yang kredibel di masyarakat. Hal ini dikarenakan arus informasi di tengah pandemi saat ini dapat berakibat fatal pada masyarakat jika tidak diantisipasi dengan baik oleh Humas. Pemerintah Provinsi Gorontalo melalui Humas melakukan pendekatan mengenai penyampaian informasi ini melalui media sosial, dalam hal ini adalah Facebook. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Facebook dalam penyampaian informasi mengenai covid-19 di Provinsi Gorontalo. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam (depth interview), observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian penentuan informan dilakukan melalui Teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan informan yang terlibat secara langsung dengan tujuan penelitian yaitu pejabat dan staff Humas Provinsi Gorontalo. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam proses penyampaian informasi covid-19 di Provinsi Gorontalo terdapat proses dan perencanaan PR dengan model PR empat Langkah, yang terdiri dari (1) mendefinisikan masalah, kemudian (2) perencanaan dan pemograman, selanjutnya (3) mengambil tindakan dan berkomunikasi, dan yang terakhir (4) evaluasi program. Empat Langkah ini telah dijalankan oleh Humas Provinsi Gorontalo dalam upaya menyampaikan informasi mengenai covid-19 di Provinsi Gorontalo.

This study aims to advise and foster SMP Plus Bina Insan Kamil students so that they can better understand how Islamic teachings should be used in their everyday lives both at school and outside of school. Duha prayer in congregation, reading Yaasin's letter after performing dhuha prayer, three language speech exercises (Indonesian, English, Arabic), Manaqiban activities, Tilawatil Al-Qur'an, activities Khataman Al-Qur'an, Mabit, and Islamic holiday activities are among the religious activities carried out by the Bina Insan Kamil Junior High School. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The study's data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. While data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are all part of the analysis. According to the findings of this study, the growth of religious activities can generate motivation in terms of behaving or conducting activities in accordance with religious teachings. SMP Plus Bina Insan Kamil's method comprises habituation and demonstration by going through the steps of preparation, implementation, reflection, and evaluation. The existence of a plan for promoting religious activities is to create motivation in behaving according to religious teachings and Islamic religious law, as well as to motivate students to always read the Qur'an with Tajweed guidance in accordance with its norms. This can be demonstrated by observing changes in student attitudes during the learning process in the classroom. Collaboration among teachers, student interest, school norms, and adequate infrastructure are all supportive variables for this activity.
