Law no. 27 of 2007 on Management of Coastal Areas and Small Islands has the basis of consideration dimension of economic prosperity. The Act obtained Judicial Review to the Constitutional Court due to the rights of Coastal Waters Concession (HP-3). This article examines how the existence of indigenous and tribal peoples who have the right to be protected by the state constitution and how the legal analysis of the Judicial Review of the Act is reviewed. This research was conducted by a normative juridical method. The results show that indigenous and tribal peoples have not fully existed in the regulation and legal politics of Indonesia, particularly in the management of coastal areas and small islands. Judicial Review conducted to the Constitutional Court through Decision No. 3/ PUU-VIII / 2010 states that in certain articles in Law No. 27 of 2007 on the Management of Coastal Areas and Small Islands is contrary to the state constitution and has no binding power, which relates to Coastal Waters Rights which tend to be more liberal/capitalist because it can only be utilized by the owner of capital.
<p>Floating net cages are models of aquaculture cages for fish cultivation that are adaptable to the phenomenon of flooding and tidal waves. The purpose of this social service is to create a model of floating cages that can be used as a pond for fish cultivation in areas prone to tidal flooding. The method used in the implementation of this social service program is active participation and mentoring which is carried out gradually and periodically to groups of aquaculturist in Jeruksari Village, Pekalongan Regency. The results of this program show that all service activities starting from counseling sessions, mentoring (shopping materials and making cages), to monitoring when the cultivation period goes very smoothly and the aquaculturist partner groups are also quite enthusiastic about participating. The floating cages made from this program are made from cheap and easily available materials in the surrounding environment, such as bamboo, fishing nets, used floating cans, ropes, and stone weights. Based on the implementation of this program, it can be said that the fish farming community in Jeruksari Village is actually able to create practical examples of floating cage models that can be used as a pond for fish cultivation in areas prone to flooding and tidal flooding.</p><strong>Keywords : </strong>fish cultivation, cage, model, mentoring, counseling.
The research was held in 14th July – 20th August 2018. Located in Brackish water Laboratory, Fisheries Faculty of Pekalongan University. The aim of this research is to find out the impact of curcuma to increase the growth and survival rate of Nile Tilapia. The treatment that be implemented was extending dosage of curcuma flour (gram) in 1 kg of artificial fish feed, such as followed : treatment A 0 ml ( control), B 9 g of curcuma, C 12 g curcuma and D 15 g curcuma. The method used was the Completely Randomized Design Method consisting of 4 treatments and 3 replications. The result which had given from the research was treatment D showed the highest growth. The average of weight of fish which can be reached by every treatment A, B, C, D as described 3,31 g, 4,77 g, 6,8 g, and 8.04 g, The analysis of result showed that all treatments have different effects for growth of fish. The water quality during the research such as temperature between 27-290 C, pH revolve 7,1-7,3 and the salinity was 16-17 ppt which mean all parameters was supported to fish growth.
Penyakit ikan merupakan salah satu kendala dalam usaha budi daya ikan termasuk ikan cupang ( Betta Sp). Pengetahuan masyarakat termasuk kelompok pembudidaya tentang pengendalian penyakit ikan masih terbatas. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan kelompok pembudidaya ikan cupang di Kota Pekalongan pengendalian penyakit ikan cupang dengan memanfaatkan bahan alami. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 5 November 2021, hari Jumat di gang Setono V Kota Pekalongan dengan sasaran kegiatan adalah Pokdakan Betta Fish. Kegiatan dihadiri oleh peserta sebanyak 14 orang dengan pemateri 3 orang dosen Universitas Pekalongan. Metode pelaksanaan dengan dua cara yaitu pemberian ceramah menggunakan slide dan partisipasi aktif dari para peserta. Ceramah dilakukan selama 2 jam yang berisi tentang pengenalan budi daya ikan cupang, gejala klinis atau ciri ikan cupang yang sakit, penyebab penyakit ikan, daun ketapang sebagai obat ikan sakit, pengelolaan kualitas air serta pengendalian penyakit ikan secara umum. Partisipasi aktif dengan melibatkan peserta dalam tanya jawab berkaitan dengan materi yang diberikan. Untuk mengevaluasi hasil pengabdian ini diberikan kuisioner yang berisi pertanyaan di awal sebelum kegiatan dan di akhir kegiatan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukan nilai yang signifikan dimana terjadi peningkatan jumlah jawaban yang benar dari peserta yang semula hanya 53 % menjadi 95 %.
