The purpose of this study to apply the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengaplikasikan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) pada Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris dengan metode kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan data primer. Populasi seluruh karyawan yang menggunakan sistem informasi manajemen sebanyak 382 orang, sampel 193 orang dengan teknik sample random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala linkert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan computer selt efficacy berpengaruh terhadap persepsi manfaat dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan teknologi pada sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit. Subjective norms berpengaruh terhadap persepsi manfaat dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan teknologi pada sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit. System accessibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap persepsi manfaat, namun berpengaruh terhadap persepsi kemudahan penggunaan teknologi pada sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit. Persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh terhadap persepsi manfaat pada sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit. Persepsi manfaat dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan teknologi tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap menggunakan teknologi pada sistem informasi manajemen
<p><em>T</em><em>he purpose of this study serve to determine the effect of leadership style,</em><em> </em><em>organizational culture, and employees’ competence on performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable (case study at the Islamic Hospital in Klaten). This study is a descriptive empirical study with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is the nurse-patient unit Klaten Islamic Hospital number</em><em> </em><em>194 and number 131 samples were taken more than 1 year. Nonprobability sampling technique using sampling with purposive sampling method and then diproporsionalkan. Instrument research using questionnaires. Data analysis includes test instrument, the classical assumption test, and test hypotheses with linear regression as a tool of analysis using SPSS 17. Based on the discussion of the results of this study be concluded that the employees’ competency effect on the employee performance, while the leadership style and organizational culture had no effect improves employee performance. After attending the variables of organizational commitment as a mediating variable that affects only one variable, namely the competence of employees, while others may not affect performance significantly with or without a mediating variable.</em><em></em></p>
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang menghambat dan mendukung, serta strategi bertahan bisnis Rumah Potong Unggas (RPU) di Kota Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, faktor penghambat utama strategi bertahan bisnis RPU di Kota Pontianak adalah adanya pesaing yang berdekatan dan fluktuasi harga setiap harinya. Faktor pendukung utamanya adalah RPU di Kota Pontianak selalu memperkirakan biaya yang akan digunakan setiap bertransaksi, informasi, serta lokasi RPU yang strategis. Adapun strategi bertahan bisnis RPU di Kota Pontianak menunjukkan bahwa RPU di Kota Pontianak termasuk dalam tipe kuadran I (positif, positif). <p>This study aimed to analyze the influence and leadership relations, communication competence, motivation on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employee PDAM Surakarta. The sample in this study amounted to 80 respondents and they are employees of the production, accounting and transmission. Collecting data using direct survey method with questionnaire instrument. Test hypotheses using regression analysis with a significance level of 0.05. Test mediating variables using Baron and Kenny. The results of this research showed that the relationship between transformational leadership and OCB showed that communication competence and motivation mediate its full effect between the leadership of the OCB employee.</p><p><br />Keywords: Leadership, Communication, communicative competence, motivation, organizational citizenship behavior, OCB</p>
The purpose of this research were explain and measure the direct influence of transformational leadership on the commitment of employee organizations in the Kartosuro Sari Bumi BPR PT. Effect of transformational leadership on Leader member exchange on employees of BPR Kartosuro Sari Bumi PT. Effect of leader member exchange on organizational commitment on employees of BPR Kartosuro Sari Bumi PT. Effect of transformational leadership on commitment leader member exchange mediated organization in employees of BPR Kartosuro Sari Bumi PT. This study took the object of Kartosuro Sari Bumi BPR PT. Located at Jl. Ahmad Yani, No. 142, Kartosuro, Sukoharjo. The research subjects were 320 employees, and 178 employees were taken as samples.The results of the study found that transformational leadership influences organizational commitment; Transformational leadership influences leader member exchange. Leader member exchange fully influences the influence of transformational leadership on the commitment of employee organizations in the BPR Kartosuro Sari Bumi PT.
