Objective:The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of avidin treatment on cell viability, proliferation and cyclin D1 expression in colorectal cancer cells HT-29. Methods: Colorectal cancer cell line HT-29 incubated with 50, 100, 150, and 200 μg/mL of avidin concentration during 24, 48, and 72 hours, then the cell viability and proliferation were analyzed. Each avidin concentration was conducted together with HT-29 cell line without avidin treatment as a control group. The cell viability was measured by MTS assay and the proliferation was measured by BrdU (5-bromo-2′-deoxyuridine) cell proliferation assay. According to cell viability and proliferation result, we determined the 100 μg/ mL avidin concentration for analyzing mRNA and protein of cyclin D1. Results: We demonstrated that the viability and proliferation of HT-29 cells were significantly decreased in all concentration of avidin treatment compared to control. The cell proliferation showed larger reduction in avidin treatment rather than cell viability. This proves avidin could inhibit proliferation of colorectal cancer cell HT-29 quite well. The expression of cyclin D1, both mRNA and protein, was also significantly decreased after the avidin treatment group compared to control group, it supports the suppression of proliferation result. Conclusion: We concluded that avidin treatment could decrease cell viability and proliferation, accompanied by suppression of cyclin D1 expression in colorectal cells HT-29.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Green White Café Bogor, kemudian untuk mengetahui nilai indeks kepuasan konsumen di Green White Café Bogor saat ini dan yang terakhir adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang harus diperbaiki agar kepuasan konsumen dapat terpenuhi. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah pengunjung Green White Café Bogor dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden dan ditentukan berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan survey dan kuesioner, sedangkan untuk analisis data menggunakan bantuan Software Microsoft Excel 2010 dan SPSS versi 22 untuk menguji yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabillitas, Service Quality (SQ), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 12 kualitas layanan yang mendapat gap negatif, 4 kualitas layanan yang mendapat gap positif, dan 1 yang tidak terdapat gap. Kemudian untuk nilai indeks kepuasan konsumen di Green White Café Bogor saat ini didapati sebesar 83,27% yang berarti konsumen merasa cukup puas namun dirasa belum maksimal secara keseluruhan, dan pada analisis importance performance analysis (IPA), terdapat satu atribut pelayanan yang harus menjadi prioritas utama untuk diperbaiki oleh manajemen café agar dapat memenuhi kepuasan konsumen.

Pengembangan pariwisata di Kecamatan Ujungberung, Kota Bandung diarahkan pada tema agrowisata diwujudkan ke dalam Sein Farm (Sekemala Integrated Farm). Berdasarkan kondisi eksisting terdapat permasalahan terkait keterbatasan dalam penerapan wisata komersial, kegiatan penyuluhan dan edukasi akibat dari Covid-19, belum adanya sistem informasi yang integratif dan skala pemasaran yang relatif rendah, selain itu keterbatasan akses dengan transportasi umum untuk menuju lokasi Sein Farm. Konsep pertanian terintergritas dan berkelanjutan tersebut kemudian dianalisis kedalam bentuk analisis Aktivitas wisata, Analisis Sosial, Ekonomi dan Lingkungan dan analisis SWOT yang hasilnya berupa pengembangan strategi kedepan nya di lokasi Sein Farm.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan dalam pemanfaatan fasilitas perpajakan dan dampaknya terhadap kesinambungan usaha di masa pandemi COVID-19 pada CV. Fajrin Pratama. Perusahaan akan menggunakan fasilitas perpajakan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah di masa pandemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik wawancara. Untuk mengumpulkan data lapangan penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dengan mengunjungi tempat penelitian dan melakukan wawancara kepada narasumber. Hasil penelitian yaitu CV. Fajrin Pratama mendapatkan informasi serta rekomendasi dari rekan sesama pelaku usaha. Sebagai pelaku usaha yang teregolong Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah, CV. Fajrin Pratama telah memanfaatkan insentif perpajakan yang diberikan pemerintah. Dalam pelaksanaannya, CV. Fajrin Pratama mengalami kendala diawal atas perubahan pengurusan pajak dari offline ke online. Insentif pajak adalah langkah yang sangat bijak saat pandemi kepada pelaku usaha untuk membantu meringankan beban pajak sehingga berdampak positif terhadap kesinambungan usaha selama masa pandemi COVID-19.

The heterogeneity and anisotropy of rocks in the field is a necessity. Moreover, the existence of clay and carbonate sediment in Indonesia almost dominate the existing oil and gas reservoir. Ironically, the processing of seismic data is still much done by treating reservoir rocks as an isotropic homogeneous medium. Inaccuracies of results, therefore, always haunt the failure of exploration. Hockey stick phenomenon is the result of anisotropic medium that often appears on the far offset. Demand for the implementation of an anisotropic rock medium is now increasing and more important amid the exhaustive oil and gas reserves. NMO correction by using hyperbolic travel time on anisotropic media still displays the phenomenon of hockey stick at the remote offset. Usually this phenomenon will be muted on the processing of seismic data with the approach of isotropic earth models. This will result in the loss of some lithologic information. Therefore, this study was conducted using anisotropic approach to reduce residual moveout for data which has a very long offset. The method is to calculate the anisotropy parameter model of η which is controlled by core data. The results of this study showed that the Alkhalifah and Tsvankin method of non-hyperbolic travel time was better in the NMO correction for anisotropy medium with a long offset compared to the method of hyperbolic travel time. In addition, Alkhalifah and Tsvankin method can also estimate the lithology of a reservoir. The value of anisotropy parameter η from the equation itself has the same pattern as the gamma ray log. In reservoir, the sand has negative η value and shale has positive η value.
