The focus of this research is to describe the effectiveness and response of students on the use of Digital Electronic Practicum with Logisim Application using Google Meet. The research subjects were 50 Physics Education Students of Lambung Mangkurat University taking the Digital Electronic course. The data of this study were collected by using practicum assessment sheets and students’ response questionnaire. The results showed that the mean score of practicum results from digital electronic practicum with Logisim application using Google Meet was 70.58. Thus, the effectiveness of the implementation of the Digital Electronic Practicum with Logisim application using Google Meet is in a good category. Data from the students’ response questionnaire was 3.83 in average, so it was categorized as good. Thus, it is concluded that the Digital Electronic Practicum with Logisim application using Google Meet is effective to implement and obtains a very good response from the students.
This study aims to determine the spiritual behavior of patients rehabilitating drugs. This discussion is entitled "Spiritual Counseling Guidance to Rehabilitation Patients". This research is qualitative with a descriptive approach that is observation, an interview. The results showed that the implementation of the rehabilitation of the Patients of Drugs can also be in the form of personality by providing guidance and counseling on the spiritual aspect which includes the aspect of Prayer Fulfillment performed by the five subjects are conducted simultaneously namely the practice of worship, the belief of life (Universality) as well as the responsibility of their life (Linkage) they have fully undergone as rehabilitation patients. There are an attitude and mental change from a previously dependent patient to a person who can manage himself well and more appreciate the meaning of life.
The purpose of this study is to describe the feasibility of the results of the development of the Digital Electronics Practicum Guidance Module with Logisim Applications. Feasibility is seen from the results of the validity, practicality, and effectiveness test of the Digital Electronics Practicum Guidance Module with Logisim Applications. The research subjects were 50 Physics Education Students of Lambung Mangkurat University who took the 2019/2020 Digital Electronics course. The data collection techniques are (1) validity using a validation sheet filled in by the validator; (2) the practicality of using student response questionnaires with indicators of format, quality, clarity, and student interest; (3) effectiveness is seen from the results of student final exams. The results showed that (1) the validity was categorized as good, with a mean score of 3.33; (2) the practicality is in good category, with the mean score of student response is 4.04; (3) the effectiveness of the high category, namely the mean score of students is 79.47. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Digital Electronics Practicum Guidance Module with Logisim Applications is suitable for use in digital electronics practicum.
Ficus septica Burm. F (Awar-awar) in Indonesian herbal medicine traditionally used for the treatment of various disease. Previous studies indicated that the F. septica leaves contained phenantroindolizidine alkaloids with anticancer activity. Fractionation of the ethanol extract of F. septica leaves using n-hexane was able to separate chlorophylls and other inert non–polar constituents from the extract. This fractionation process can be optimized using ultrasonic-assisted fractionation to yield n-hexane insoluble fraction (HIF) that is rich in alkaloids. This study aimed to produce HIF from the ethanol extract of F. septica leaves by using optimized ultrasonic-assisted fractionation with n-hexane as a solvent and full factorial as experimental design. Ficus septica leaves were macerated in ethanol (60%) and the extract was used for the ultrasonic-assisted fractionation process. The duration of fractionation (5-30 minutes), the extract : n-hexane ratios (1:0.1 - 1:1.66 ml/ml), and the ultrasonic power (21-106 Wrms) were optimized to determine the optimal condition for each variable. These optimal variables were used for the production of HIF from the extract by using full factorial design in the ultrasonic-assisted fractionation process. The total alkaloid content was measured using spectrophotometry and was used as parameter for the optimization process. We found that the optimal condition for the fractionation process based on each single variable optimization were 5 minutes of the fractionation duration, 66-70Wrms of the ultrasonic power, and 1:0.7 - 1:0.8 of the extract : n-hexane ratio. By using these optimized variables, the ultrasonic-assisted fractionation using full factorial design yielded up to 0.035% total alkaloid content which is almost double from those in the extract (0.019%). This study provided a basic experimental model for the production of alkaloid-enriched HIF from F. septica leaves in the industrial or pilot scale, and might contribute to the development of Indonesian herbal medicine products from natural resources.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
