Salah satu model yang paling cocok dengan pendekatan saintifik adalah model problem based learning (Marsigit,2013).Problem based learning pada intinya memberikan masalah kepada siswa sebagai ganti materi/isi pembelajaran, dan dalam prosesnya, siswa bisa memcahkan masalah tersebut. Sama halnya dengan pendekatan saintifik, dalam problem based learning juga menjadikan guru sebagai fasilitator dalam proses pembelajaran. Sebagai fasilitator, guru harus mempuyai strategi yang baik sehingga tujuan pembelajaran bisa tercapai secara optimum.Menurut Cindy and Barrow (2006), dengan strategi yang terukur, guru dapat memfasilitasi siswa untuk menggunakan penalaran yang efektif dalam proses pemecahan masalah.Sehingga penggunaan PBL yang baik, dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matematika siswa dalam menemukan konsepnya sendiri
Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan guru-guru IPA di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah tentang PTK. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertempat di SMPN 10 Barabai yang dihadiri oleh 36 orang guru IPA di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah yang tergabung dalam Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) IPA. Kegiatan dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi dan pendampingan pada saat penyusunan proposal. Kesimpulan dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan proposal PTK bagi guru IPA di kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah telah dilaksanakan dengan lancar dan mendapat respon yang positif dari para peserta. Pelatihan ini telah memberikan informasi bagi guru tentang penyusunan proposal PTK. Dengan demikian, para guru mampu memahami dan menyusun proposal penelitian tindakan kelas. Setelah pelatihan ini, guru diharapkan mampu membuat proposal penelitian tindakan kelas serta melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang ada dikelasnya. This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and ability of natural science teachers in the Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency about Classroom Action Research (CAR). This training activity took place at SMPN 10 Barabai, which was attended by 36 science teachers in the Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency who were members of the Science Teachers' Conference (MGMP). Activities were carried out using lecture, question and answer, discussion, and assistance methods when preparing proposals. The conclusion from the results of this community service activity was the training and mentoring for the preparation of CAR proposals for science teachers in the Hulu Sungai Tengah district, which had been carried out smoothly and received positive responses from the participants. This training has provided information for teachers about the preparation of CAR proposals. Thus, the teachers are able to understand and prepare class action research proposals. After this training, teachers are expected to be able to make class action research proposals and carry out classroom action research to overcome various problems in their class.
Karakter sering disamaankan dengan ahlak, yaitu cara berpikir atau Prilaku seseorang sebagai ciri khas dalam diri pribadi. Dengan karakter orang akan menampakan keaslian seseorang. Peran orang tua sangat penting sekali dalam hal pendidikan, karena orang tua merupakan guru sekaligus contoh bagi anak-anak. Tiga hal yang perlu ditanamkan kepada peserta didik yaitu pengetahuan moral, perasaan moral, dan perilaku moral. Jika ketiga hal tersebut tertanam dalam diri peserta didik maka akan terbentuk karakter baik. karakter yang baik terdiri dari mengetahui hal yang baik, menginginkan hal yang baik, dan melakukan hal yang baik, kebiasaan dalam cara berpikir, kebiasaan dalam hati, dan kebiasaan dalam tindakan. Adapun dalam lingkungan pendidikan formal (sekolah) Ada beberapa hal yang menjadi penyebab penyimpangan karakter, Metode pembelajaran menitik beratkan kepada nilai-nilai kognitif, sedangkan nilai-nilai afektif diabaikan, menghafal lebih diutamakan dibandingkan memahami serbuan budaya asing yang begitu dahsyat sehingga mampu menghancurkan benteng moral dan agama para generasi kita sehingga perlu ada pengontrolan kepada budaya asing yang masuk dilingkungan peserta didik.

Women still do not get an equality as a woman, energy and workload of a woman has not received appreciation and respect, but instead gets discrimination against women continuously. This study aims to explain the communication patterns of femenism that the community considers that men must be leaders while women can only be housewives in charge of serving their husband and wife. In research on feminism communication patterns, researchers use content analysis methods that are focused on a content, this method is used to represent a concept, character or sentences that are hidden and contain broad meanings, using data collection methods: coding on content that is considered important in the video intended in this study. The content taken to be used as a study is the narrative video of Najwa Shihab and Agnes Monica. Considering that the video tells a role, a pattern of communication phenenism in the social environment. While in the analysis of data researchers will analyze, explore data, display and validate data. the results in this study are the Pattern of Communication of Feminism and Patriarchy in the world of work, the Culture of Patriarchy in Indonesia, the Role of Femenism, the Suppression of Phenemism, the Communication Pattern of Fellow Phememism.
The learning process is inspiring, fun, challenging, and motivates students to participate actively, providing space for students to be creative according to their abilities. Therefore we need a learning method with an appropriate approach in order to explore student abilities in aspects of skills. Learning with discovery learning approach is one approach that can be applied to develop students' skills, namely the ability to think creatively. Learning by discovery emphasizes the activities of students to learn on their own and eventually will find results. Here the teacher is no longer a giver of knowledge but acts as a facilitator or supervisor. That is because the discovery learning approach provides opportunities for students to explore thinking skills in finding their own knowledge and building creative reasoning according to their respective abilities. Indirectly students will be directed to become a researcher who is required to have the ability to think creatively.
