Abstract-This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and organizational commitment towards turnover intention. The object of this research is the teacher of foreign language course ILC (International Language Center)that have two branches located in branch Mall of Indonesia and the Supermall Karawaci. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sample with a total sample population of 54 respondents and statistical analysis of multiple linear regressions used as the data analysis. The results showed that the compensation variable has a significant negative effect on the turnover intention variable and organizational commitment variable also has significant negative effect on turnover intention variable.
Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap reputasi perusahaan dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening di PT. Petra Garda Paramita dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 100 responden karyawan PT. Petra Garda Paramita. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode alternatif dari structural equation modeling (SEM) yaitu partial least square (PLS). Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap reputasi perusahaan dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap reputasi perusahaan, sementara komitmen organisasi memberikan pengaruh mediasi penuh terhadap hubungan lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap reputasi perusahaan dengan ditemukannya pengaruh positif dan signifikan.
This study is to analysis the implementation on change management in Bogor Botanical Gardens towards processing to become The World Heritage. The process has been doing related with Bogor Botanical Gardens vision to protect and increasing value of the Gardens. The Bogor Botanical Gardens which is the oldest Botanical Garden in Indonesia has been applying change management strategy i.e. Management system, strategic planning, human resources planning and become center of excellence for international research. Based on the interview the effort to fight the Gardens as a Universal Cultural Heritage are the first step to achieve a national identity and support the sustainable development of the World Heritage. The conservation efforts need to be understood and interpreted to have high benefits as a generator of economic growth, social, culture for the city of Bogor and society at large, in order to achieve a balance of environmental, security-safety and public health as well as the sustainability of the botanical gardens.
<p><em>This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of tax planning, profitability, and liquidity on firm value with board diversity as a moderating variable. The population in this study is manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the IDX in 2014-2019. The sampling method used purposive sampling with a total final sample of 60 companies. The analytical technique used is Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the analysis show that the independent variable, namely profitability, has an influence on firm value. Meanwhile, tax planning and liquidity have no effect on firm value. And board diversity cannot moderate the effect of tax planning, profitability, and liquidity on firm value.</em><em></em></p><p><em>Keywords: tax planning, profitability, liquidity, board diversity, firm value</em></p><p align="left"><em> </em></p>
