This research uses a quantitative approach, where the symptoms will be measured using numbers. The results of this study, the multiple linear regression equation Y = 15,676 + 0.681X1 - 0.080X2. This means that the principal's leadership style variables and motivation have a significant relationship with teacher performance at SMK Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi. The coefficient determinant of R² is 0.502 or 50.2%. This means that the Principal leadership style variable (X1) and motivation (X2) can explain the teacher performance variable (Y) by 50.2%, the remaining 49.8% (100% - 50.2%) is explained by other variables that not included in this study such as reward, punishment, communication, education level, years of service, work absenteeism rates, etc., which were not thorough in this study. After testing the hypothesis that the calculated value of 5.529 was obtained. With α = 5%, dk = 46-3 = 43 obtained a table value of 1.681. From these figures it can be seen that tcount (5.529) > ttable (1.681), as well as the significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded if the hypothesis is accepted. The third hypothesis proposed states that there is an influence of the Principal's leadership style and motivation on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi. After being tested the Fcount value was 23.703. With α = 5%, df1 = 3, df2 = 46-3 = 43 the Ftable value of 2.82 is obtained. From these figures it can be seen that Fcount (23.703) > Ftable (3.26), as well as the significance value of 0.000b < 0.05, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted
This study focuses on acute epigenetic phenomena still inherent in modern civilization today. Epigonism is also more severe in academic research results, which tend to experience repetition of research. This is marked by a sharp decline in interest in Islamic studies, which then tends to copy the classical legacy, considered a novelty in research. On the other hand, Epigonism and claims of Islamic authentication have not yet encountered a meeting point against the most valid claim of Islamic orthodoxy by blaming other groups who are not in line. Another phenomenon that is not inferior is also blaming each other for the results of research in each science discipline, one of which is the common ground for Covid-19. This study recommends that one should harmonize textualism and contextualism to align with any civilization and culture to achieve a complete understanding of Islam. In addition, there must also be an appreciative attitude towards research results that are not in line with the disciplines that are the focus and dialogue between sciences, namely multidisciplinary research is more focused than monodisciplinary research, which tends to be repetitive even though the place and object under study changes.
Pembahasan tentang pendidikan pesantren selalu mengundang diskusi dan bahasan-bahasan yang tidak berkesudahan karena pesantren memiliki magnet tersendiri yang mampu menarik minat masyarakat untuk dipelajari dan dikaji secara berkesinambungan. Kekhasan pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan meliputi sistem, manajemen, dan tata kelola lembaga serta model adopsi dan adaptasi yang diterapkan terhadap pendidikan modern. Begitu halnya dengan Madrasah Diniyah, yang umumnya memiliki kurikulum yang tertinggal yang disusun oleh pendirinya. Kedua model lembaga pendidikan ini semakin terabaikan perannya, meskipun keduanya sering dipandang sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang menawarkan nilai lebih dibandingkan dengan lembaga pendidikan lainnya.
This paper explains the philanthropic phenomenon that occurred in Indonesian people, especially the people of Cirebon City when the transmission of the covid-19 virus reached it’s peak again in November 2020. Basically, the philanthropic movement in the Covid-19 pandemic era emerged based on chaotic humanitarian attention and the uncertain economic stability of the country. This provides a stimulus to philanthropic activists to participate in social-humanitarian concerns and social-economic restoration. This type of research is qualitative with interview methods and online media documentation. This study concludes that the philanthropic movement should be based on humanitarian solidarity and religious normativity. However, several philanthropic activists in Cirebon City have used the opportunity of the COVID-19 pandemic moment as a personal economic recovery by using accurate marketing management wrapped in social philanthropy. This is a new motive that combines the humanitarian philanthropy movement with a marketing work system when COVID-19 as a natural disaster strikes with the aim of helping people as well as marketing their commodity products. The reason is that the demands for economic improvement during a pandemic require philanthropic activists to give and share as well as sell and promote.
The work cuptures the rise of terrorist movements involving families. The studies of family involvement in acts of terrorism in Indonesia have not much been done. The work is based on research conducted in Kampung Beting of Pontianak City, which is stigmatized as a drug trafficking village. It explores family parenting patterns and family responses to live problems especially on community literacy about religious radicalism. The findings include, first, the pattern of instilling religious values in families is relatively vulnerable. Family parentings have shown physical resilience, social resilience and psychological resilience. The work finds the important roles of parents in instilling religious values and building communication with their children and the ability of families to solve problems they face. Education has been found very important within the community. Second, with regard to the existing conditions, people choose to “make peace” with the reality. The attitude of the people is split from pessimistic, pragmatic and optimistic. Third, public literacy about religious radicalism is quite good among ordinary people and religious and community leaders. Being radical in society’s point of view is an act of violence, while adhering to religious principles is considered not being radical. Defending the honor of religion is a matter of principle, thus encouraging them to fight. Fourth, four factors fortifying the community include the open and straightforward attitude of the community, the community involvement into the city security network, the high community mechanical solidarity and the effective role of religious leaders in fostering society.
