The spread of the Covid-19 virus continues to increase, so it is necessary to take preventive measures through increasing public awareness of the implementation of the COVID-19 prevention health protocol. Raising awareness can be done through socialization starting from the dangers of civid-19 and implementing standards for the prevention of covid-19 health protocols. The method used can be through the lecture method through online meetings. the media that can be used are the material of the dangers of covid-19, and the health protocol for the prevention of covid-19 according to the standards of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. evaluation is carried out by providing a questionnaire before and after socialization activities. The results of the socialization show a significance of 0.000, which is less than the significance level (a) of 0.05. These results mean that there is a significant difference between awareness of the dangers of covid-19 and health protocol care behavior before and after socialization. The t table shows that the t count is negative, namely 7.844, which means that the average before was lower than after the socialization was carried out.
The learning strategy Project based Learning is one part of the Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS). Both Project based Learning and Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) have a goal in developing ways of thinking, analyzing, and creating something creative. This stage is expected to exist at the student level development. The database used as a reference is taken from studies that identify the application of Project based Learning in several examples of activities. The journals reviewed relate to the vocational education environment and the purpose of its application to support the knowledge and skills of students or students. In addition, the choice of learning strategy is also based on the vocational education system for Automotive Technology Vocational Education Department, Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta. Students are expected to be able to identify and investigate in depth the needs of Transmission learning media as a group project. Lecturers stimulate by giving important questions related to real analysis for the manufacture of learning media. Questions asked by lecturers must also be open, provoking, and triggering for students to apply Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). The research used is a literature study with analysis of various cases regarding learning strategies and their application. At the end of the research, students can create and create a learning media product in the transmission course.
The Covid-19 pandemic has brought many changes in the field of education, and the need for teaching for teachers or lecturers has increased. The habit of teaching directly in the classroom changed by having to create learning content and dealing with social media to distribute the content. Instead of modernizing education, many are confused and only teach by giving a sign that there is an adequate explanation of the material. Guidelines that are easy to use even for teachers or lecturers who are lay and fast so that the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic is balanced with learning that also continues. The guideline contains procedures for using the screencast O-Matic application and AZ screen recorder then using YouTube media to post content and WhatsApp as a communication medium. This study uses the ADDIE type development research method with the validity testing phase of experts and testing 32 teachers to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of the learning system guidelines. The results showed that the quality of the content was 81.8%, 83.3% showed easy language to understand, 80% showed interest in using illustrations, 76.7% showed easy interaction on WhatsApp, 70% showed clear task instructions, and 70% showed the system is easy to access.
Globalisasi yang terjadi mengakibatkan perubahan signifikan. Penyiapan dampak ini perlu diperhatikan terutama pada bidang Pendidikan. Pendidikan menjadi sangat penting dalam pengembangan potensi manusia untuk dipersiapkan dalam zaman globalisasi. Pendidikan dipersiapkan menghadapi perubahan sosial budaya yang sangat cepat. Peranan pendidikan juga dalam penguatan karakter, sehingga menghasilkan individu yang dapat berfikir maksimal. Pendidikan zaman sekarang sangat perlu memberikan pengalaman di samping pembelajaran biasa, adanya pikiran terbuka terhadap situasi sosial dan budaya, serta dapat beradaptasi terhadap perkembangan masyarakat pada kehidupan sosialSelain itu penguatan pada keterampilan untuk menghadapi globalisasi menjadi faktor penting. Semakin globalisasi masuk ke dalam ruang kehidupan, cepat atau lambat akan mempengaruhi budaya tidak terkecuali Pendidikan. Selain itu interaksi terhadap berbagai hal menjadi semakin terbuka. Ilmu sosio-humaniora memfasilitasi perkembangan itu di samping persiapan lulusan untuk bekerja di industry teknik. Kemampuan berbahasa menjadi hal yang penting, apalagi bahasa di luar bahasa target mainstream. Selain itu, Bahasa semakin diperlukan sebagai sebuah isu baru dan utama, karena negara-negara berkembang yang menuju industri semakin berpotensi menjadi pengguna Bahasa itu terutama dalam Revolusi Industri Era 4.0. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam Bahasa berikut Budaya perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus. Berdasarkan hasil kajian dapat diperoleh skema bahwa dalam bidang Sosio-humaniora khususnya pendidikan vokasi perlu adanya pijakan pedagogi kritis, hal ini menerangkan pendidikan bukanlah hanya terpusat pada proses belajar di kelas atau pun dalam model nonformal, melainkan menjadi bagian pada aspek pembudayaan karakter era Revolusi 4.0, aspek budaya produktivitas yang sangat tinggi, aspek wawasan kebangsaan dan globalisasi.
The ASEAN Working Group on Coastal and Marine Environment (AWGCME) gathers ASEAN member countries at the 18th Meeting in Metro Manila, Philippines, 11-12 May 2017. This meeting discussed the issue of conservation and protection of coastal and marine areas. Furthermore, the meeting discussed the progress of implementation of various AWGCME activities, the potential for collaborating with partners, and discussed about related documents of ASEAN Community Vision 2025, such as the draft of the ASEAN Strategic Plan on Environment (ASPEN) and the AWGCME Action Plan. An effort to follow up the meeting consensus is to make a roadmap and a concept of vocational education to optimize the management of island and coastal resources in the ASEAN region. This optimization is through the provision of human resources or workers who have competence and motivation in the field of island and coastal resources management (marinepreneur). Therefore, this paper aims to create the concept of vocational education based on ASEAN Community Vision 2025 from AWGCME. The method used to create the concept of vocational education is literature study. The paper discussion starts from gathering relevant literature about vocational education and vocational training based on maritime resources, then analyzed, synthesized, and concluded as a concept of vocational education and vocational training based on maritime resources. The concept of vocational education provides greater opportunities for coastal community empowerment and optimization of maritime potential for sustainable development in ASEAN. Generally, the roadmap starts from assessing the capacity and potential of a coastal area and islands in the ASEAN region, forming a cooperation forum between stakeholders (island and coastal government authorities, academics, and industry associations in maritime sector), establishing a standardization and certification scheme of vocational education based on marinepreneur in the ASEAN region, curriculum development, and implementation of vocational education based on marinepreneur in pilot project schools.
