This research aims to design and develop an employee recruitment system that can manage applicant data and provide recommendations for eligible applicants to be accepted or rejected by applying the Profile Matching method. Current problems in the employee selection process at PT. Duta Tata Echoindo is still done with a manual calculation system so that the recruitment process takes a long time and allows the company to get employees who are not in accordance with the desired competencies. The criteria used in the employee selection process are General Skills Assessment and Special Skills Assessment. The Profile Matching Method will calculate the gap between the criteria score and the applicant’s profile score. Applicants with the highest match score level have a great chance of being accepted. The result of this research is a web-based E-Recruitment system that can automatically calculate the match level of each applicant based on the Profile Matching method. The impact of this research is that the E-Recruitment system will speed up the recruitment process and make it easier for the HR division to make decisions to recruit employees.
The current problem is that the process of managing data about the progress of project work and managing project financial data cannot be done properly because the data recording is done on paper media and is not well coordinated. This has an impact on the difficulty of project owners and project consultants in controlling project work. The purpose of this research is to analyse how the current project work control process is and to design an information system to optimize project work control. In developing this system, researchers used the prototype method, starting with gathering system requirements, building mock-up, and testing by users. The results of this research are web-based project management information system design that can manage and control project work and project financial data. All documents can be directly uploaded to the information system thereby minimizing document loss. The process of financial control both project expenses and revenue is much better because it can be monitored more closely and thoroughly so as to reduce fraud. Project activities can work better because of computerized working time monitoring and better control if there are delays in work. This research provides an overview of project management information systems that can be used to manage construction projects.
RSU di Cimahi telah menggunakan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) yang dapat mendukung otomasi dan integrasi proses bisnis rumah sakit seperti administrasi, logistik dan farmasi, kasir, rekam medis, dan penunjang medis. Terdapat beberapa fungsi sistem informasi yang sering mengalami gangguan dan beberapa fungsi yang ada tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan user sehingga mengakibatkan proses bisnis tersebut terganggu. Tidak adanya perencanaan pengembangan sistem informasi yang matang menjadi faktor utama penyebab munculnya permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi, dan arsitektur teknologi dengan menggunakan metode TOGAF ADM sehingga akan menghasilkan dokumen cetak biru arsitektur sistem informasi dalam mengembangkan sistem informasi untuk mendukung kebutuhan organisasi di RSU tersebut.
UNIKOM adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta yang terkenal di Bandung. UNIKOM memeiliki beberapa program studi yang cukup besar salah satunya program studi sistem informasi. Prodi sistem informasi menerapkan kurikulum yang mewajibkan mahasiswa pada semester 6 untuk memilih konsentrasi mata kuliah berdasarkan minatnya. Akan tetapi mahasiswa terkadang merasa kesulitan untuk memililh konsentrasi mata kuliah tersebut, sehingga mahasiswa biasanya akan meminta saran dosen wali. Pada penelitian sebelumnya dengan judul “penerapan naïve bayes classifier untuk pemilihan konsentrasi mata kuliah” [1] telah dipaparkan mengenai pemodelan menggunakan metode naïve bayes itu sendiri. Pada penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan yang didalamnya menggunakan metode naïve bayes. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan ini, dapat mempermudah dalam memberikan rekomendasi pemilihan konsentrasi mata kuliah baik untuk mahasiswa maupun dosen wali.. Penggunaan naïve bayes classifier, dikarenakan naïve bayes classifier merupakan metode yang mudah dipahami dan cukup sederhana.
