The Village Government of Panggungharjo made a concept of village tourism together with BUMDes Panggung Lestari into the concept of an agrarian cultural education tour named Kampoeng Mataraman. In contrast to tourism village (desa wisata), village tourism (wisata desa) further highlights the unique potential of the village both from human resources to the village environment. So that aims at empowering villages by involving the village community Panggungharjo in its formation. The research problem formulation is how participatory communication is in the Kampoeng Mataraman village tourism community group in Panggungharjo village, and the extent of participatory communication in the formation of Kampoeng Mataraman village tourism. The benefits of this research inform the benefits of appropriate participatory communication to village communities as objects of empowerment. This research uses qualitative method. The researcher used the phenomenology paradigm in which this method was chosen because the researcher wanted to know how the views, behaviors and actions of the Kampoeng Mataraman tourism community in an effort to form Kampoeng Mataraman village tourism. The results of the research is that community groups in the village tour of Kampoeng Mataraman were very effective in empowering the community. Moreover, community interest was increasing in participating in the village tour of Kampoeng Mataraman. Participatory communication groups in the Panggungharjo village community are heteroglasia, dialogues, polyphony, and carnivals. Lack of community understanding in media processing becomes a weakness in this Kampoeng Mataraman Village Tourism so that later it will become threats that can harm Kampoeng Mataraman Village Tourism.
The tourism sector in Indonesia experienced growth and made a positive contribution to the national economy, but this growth has yet to reach its target. Therefore, the government of Indonesia has implemented a sustainable tourism development program by establishing ten priority tourism destinations. Aspect-based sentiment analysis (ABSA) towards tourist attraction reviews can assist the government in developing potential goals. The ABSA process compares with two deep learning models (LSTM and Bi-LSTM), which are considered to obtain good performance in text analysis. The shortcomings of previous ABSA research should have examined the performance of the aspect classification and sentiment classification models sequentially. This makes the performance obtained from the ABSA task invalid. Thus, this study is conducted to determine the version of the aspect classification model and the sentiment classification model individually and simultaneously. This study aims to develop an aspect-based tourist attraction sentiment analysis as an intelligent system solution for sustainable tourism development by applying the binary relevance mechanism and the best deep learning model from LSTM or Bi-LSTM. The test results showed that Bi-LSTM was superior in aspect and sentiment classification individually and simultaneously. Likewise, the aspect classification and sentiment classification test results sequentially Bi-LSTM outperformed that of LSTM. The average accuracy and f1 score of Bi-LSTM are 92.22% and 71,06%. Meanwhile, LSTM obtained 90,63% of average precision and 70,4% of f1 score.
Community empowerment is one of the effective strategies in conservation efforts. However, empowerment-based conservation still leaves some problems to be solved. The most significant issues in empowerment-based conservation are sustainability and human resource issues. This study sees the problem can be solved by integrating religious aspects in empowerment-based conservation efforts. Through its teaching about the environment, religion can instill values and shape the behavior of people and people who care about the environment. For demonstrating this possibility, this study reviews the literature available in discussions on the role of religion in environmental conservation, community empowerment, and conservation efforts. From the existing literature, religion instills values, shapes behavior, and ensures its sustainability. This is possible through features in religion, such as the message of responsibility in the concept of divinity, karma and reward/sin, or other features such as the ability of institutions to spread values that are intertwined with the emotional, cognitive, and even political aspects of society.
