Lecturers at universities in Indonesia have a work culture based on performance on Tri Dharma, namely teaching; research; and community service. Teaching is a performance that is often done by lecturers because it has become a pattern of routines every semester. However, the lecturer research performance in a ratio between the number of lecturers and the number of publications is still not optimal. This is based on the observation of the Indonesian Minister of Research and Technology (Menristekdikti) in July 2018, that recently Indonesia only recorded 13,250 titles of published journals from the previous record of 5,499 titles in 2015. Likewise, the performance of community services is still not optimal just like the assessment of research performance. The application of the I-Performance is one of the strategies to increase the productivity of lecturer performance in a university in Indonesia and will help change the work culture in increasing the amount of research and community service. The application of I-Performance will be the controller for the lecturers in taking responsibility for their work program. In addition to being able to plan and implement its own work program, this application can also see the progress of the activities in real time which can automatically be monitored by both the lecturer and the leader.
Currently, the use of eLearning in education is increasingly playing a role, especially in universities. Thus, it is very important to innovate in designing optimal learning strategies. The meaning of optimization does not only mean that related activities: materials, forums, discussions, assignments, and quizzes that have been delivered by lecturers to students, but outcome-based education (OBE) from the courses delivered can be optimal effectively and efficiently in the learning process. [1]-[2]. As is known in general, universities in Indonesia will conduct lectures for 16 meetings following the implementation of mid-term and end-semester exams, which in the end all activities that have a component of their value will be recapitulated into the final score. This first method cannot be said that students have achieved optimal OBE [3]-[4] because students only carry out the obligations of lecturer assignments every week. In this case, students who have fulfilled their obligations cannot pass the material that has been delivered by the lecturer (pause) to gain additional knowledge, because students do not have the challenge to continue to the next material. This condition occurs because the lecturer next week again provides the material with obligations that must be done by students, and usually the latest topics do not continue the material on the previous topic. Another learning strategy is that the learning process does not have to refer to the completion of the 4-month meeting, but is given the opportunity for students to organize their own learning so that they can immediately reach the intended OBE. Of course, starting with the provision of several materials and targets that must be achieved so that students can creatively manage their own time by solving the problem. The weekly topic contains condensation of several topics that have been designed according to OBE. Furthermore, this study will compare the extent to which OBE optimization can occur in students between the two learning process models carried out by eLearning [5].
Safety at the location of road works is an important part that is often overlooked in the construction and maintenance of roads. Management of the safety of the road work location is the responsibility of the road manager. In general, knowledge about Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) is very broad, but there are several OHS components that are considered important to be used as a benchmark for understanding OSH. These components are K3 Definition and Initiation, K3 Management System (SMK3), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), K3 Facilities and Infrastructure, OHS Risk. Research on the influence of occupational safety and health knowledge on occupational health on construction worker behavior was carried out to determine the effect of K3 knowledge variables together on the behavior of construction workers. And to know the effect of K3 knowledge variables partially on the behavior of construction workers. From the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a relationship or a low level of correlation between K3 Knowledge and Workers' Behavior while the value of the Determination Coefficient (adjusted r square) is 0.033 which means only 3.3% of K3 Knowledge aspects that affect Construction Worker Behavior and the remaining 96.7% is influenced by other variables. Based on the results of the T-test calculation using the method of calculation of Multiple Linear Regression the value of t count
Smart City is a service that utilizes information technology for the community that can be built and developed in a government, especially in the city of Bandung-Indonesia. However, the success of a Smart City is very dependent on optimal planning and implementation plus good governance. Therefore, the technology products produced from the use of information technology must also be able to provide comfort and satisfaction for the community in which Smart City is applied. To ensure that Smart City has produced outputs and outcomes that have been successfully built and implemented, it is necessary to evaluate the extent to which information technology governance has been carried out from the beginning of planning to the application or use in the community.
Learning process is part of the E-Procurement courses curriculum in Information Systems Study Program at Widyatama University. All this time, in the face-to-face method of learning process, students have not been able to optimize the mastery of knowledge and skills as expected. One of the things that the Information Systems Study Program did to optimize said mastery is applying the blended learning program in e-Procurement courses. This study uses mixed method evaluation approach in evaluating various stages of the process to implement a blended learning program. Meanwhile, the evaluation method used consists of 2 parts of the model namely 1) CIPP, an evaluation carried out on context, input, process, and product, 2) The Flashlight Triad, an evaluation of activities that utilize information technology online. As the final result of evaluating the implementation of blended learning based on observations and research that has been done, there is an optimization of the increase in mastery of students' knowledge and skills, after conducting various activities that are conditioned on face-to-face activities combined with online ones. The results of this evaluation mean that a well-conditioned blended learning program can influence students in terms of motivation, therefore mastering the knowledge and skills of a course can be optimized through the student learning experience.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
