The objective of the study was to demonstrate the effect of intensive and extensive interval training methods on the improvement of VO2Max. This type of research is a quasi experiment using Randomized Pretest-Posttest Design Group research design. The research method used Intensive Interval Training and extensive Interval Training. The results of this study obtained the correlation of both test groups of 0.491 with significance of 0.150, paired sample test, obtained by the mean differences of 3.530. Thit = 3.187 greater than ttab 2.262, with df = 9, P = 0.011. This proves a significant difference in the second group VO2Max intensive interval training test. Next paired sample test, obtained the mean differences of 6.410. Thit = 5.702 greater than ttab 2.262, with df = 9, P = 0.000. This proves that there is a significant difference in the VO2Max of both groups of tests of extensive training methods and paired sample test, obtained by mean differences of 8,640. Thit = 10.640 greater than ttab 2.262, with df = 9, P = 0.000. This proves a significant difference in both groups of VO2Max intensive and extensive exercise test methods. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of circuit training methods and conventional training methods to the squat-style long jump achievement of high school students in the Lubuklinggau Municipal High School. This type of research is quantitative by using a quasi-experimental method. The population of this study was all of the 9 Public Schools in Lubuklinggau. The sample in this study amounted to 80 students in which 27 students from SMAN 5, 27 students from SMAN 6 and 26 students from SMAN 7 in Lubuklinggau City with a purposive sampling technique. The data collection places at SMAN 5, SMAN 6 and SMAN 7, Lubuklinggau City were conducted from April to June 2019. The data collection technique used was the long jump test and the data analysis technique used was the t-test. The results of this study explain that: The circuit training method has an influence on the improvement of long jump achievement participants in the SMAN extracurricular activities throughout the City of Lubuklinggau, The conventional training method has an influence on improving the long jump achievement of the participants of the SMAN extracurricular activities in the Lubuklinggau City, the circuit training method has an influence better than conventional training methods on the long jump achievement of participants in the extracurricular activities at the Lubuklinggau Municipal High School.
The research objective was to determine the physical condition of Club Caroline volleyball players and Lubuklinggau City Club JVC in 2018. This type of research was descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were male volleyball players Club Caroline and Lubuklinggau City Club JVC with all 45 players, consisting of 25 Club Caroline players and 20 Club JVC players. The sample in this study amounted to 45 players, which were taken using total sampling technique. The results of this study explained that the explosive strength of leg muscles possessed by Caroline club volleyball players averaged 108.23 categorized as Enough, while the average explosive power level the limbs owned by JVC club volleyball players are 115.18 categorized Good. Furthermore, the endurance test results possessed by Carolin club volleyball players an average of 32.6 are categorized sufficient, while the average endurance level possessed by Caroline Club volleyball players is 37.7 categorized as moderate. Conclusion, the explosive strength of limb muscles of the Caroline club volleyball player is categorized enough and the explosive strength of the leg muscles of the JVC club players is categorized as good. The durability of Caroline's club volleyball players is categorized enough and those possessed by JVC Club volleyball players are categorized as being moderate. Furthermore, the speed of Caroline club volleyball players and JVC is good. Whereas the agility of the Caroline club players is categorized as good and the agility of the JVC club volleyball players is categorized as Moderate. This study aims to determine the mastery of the techniques of passing, control, dribbling and shooting students of SMP Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The population in this study were all students who took part in soccer extracurricular activities totaling 20 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling technique. Data were collected using measurements of all three variables, tests conducted were tests of passing, control and dribbling. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics namely frequency tabulation. The results of the study, based on the analysis of passing and controlling test data, found that out of 20 students, none had passing and control in either category, and 8 students (40%) had abilities in the Medium category and 12 students (60%) has the ability to pass and control in the category of Less. While the dribbling ability of 20 students, obtained 4 students (20%) have dribbling ability in the Good category, and 9 students (45%) have dribbling ability in the Medium category and 7 students (35%) are included in the Poor category. For kicks (shooting) students who have the Very Good category are as many as 2 people (10%) and the Good category are as many as 3 people (15%) and those who have a Fair category are as many as 8 people (40%) and 5 people (25 %) has Very Less Shooting ability. The problem in this study is that volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau City still have jumps and punches in the weak category, this is due to the weak power of the students' leg muscles which causes the smash to be performed less than optimal. The research objective was to determine whether there was a relationship between the explosive power of the leg muscles and the smash ability of volleyball players at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau City. The variables of this study were the leg muscle explosive power as the independent variable, and the smash ability was the dependent variable. This type of research is correlational research. This research was conducted on 14 male volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau City. The instrument for collecting the explosive power of the leg muscles used the vertical jump test and the smash used the smash ability test. The data analysis technique used the product moment correlation formula. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between the leg muscle explosive power (x) and the volleyball smash ability (y), the calculation result was rxy = 0.55 from this value can be categorized as moderate. The results stated that there was a significant relationship between the explosive power of leg muscles on the smash ability of volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau City, this was stated based on hypothesis testing where t hit = 2.280 > t tab = 2.178.
