Abstract-UKMM in Keywords: AHP, SMEs, featured products, TOPSISAbstrak-UKMM di kabupaten Rembang memiliki banyak potensi dalam menghasilkan produk unggulan, akan tetapi produk-produk tersebut belum teridentifikasi secara jelas yang menjadi prioritas utama sebagai produk ungulan. Hal ini menyebabkan kurang fokusnya pembinaan dan pengembangan dari pemerintah kabupaten dalam peningkatan daya saing produk yang dihasilkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dalam menetukan produk unggulan daerah adalah Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) yang dikombinasikan dengan metode Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot dari 6 kriteria yaitu omzet, tenaga kerja, jumlah perusahaan, target pasar, bahan baku dan jumlah produksi. Sedangkan perangkingan alternatif produk dari UMKM menggunakan metode TOPSIS. Responden ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, dipilih berdasarkan kriteria kepakaran dan keterlibatannya dalam kegiatan pengembangan UMKM. Dari hasil pengolahan data bobot yang dihasilkan dari masing-massing kriteria adalah Omzet 35%, tenaga kerja 17%, bahan baku 14%, jumlah produksi 14%, target pasar 13% dan jumlah perusahaan 8%. Hasil analisis dan pengolahan data diperoleh nilai preferensi dari setiap alternatif, Pengolahan Ikan sebagai produk unggulan Rembang dengan nilai preferensi 0.8310, pembuatan kapal dengan nilai preferensi 0.7221, Batik Tulis dengan nilai preferensi 0.6767, dan selanjutnya pembuatan garam meubel kayu, kerajinan bordir dan yang terakhir adalah pembuatan tempe. . Kata Kunci: AHP, UMKM, Produk unggulan, TOPSIS. PENDAHULUAN Latar BelakangUsaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Rembang terbagi menjadi dua golongan, yaitu UMKM yang memiliki bahan baku sumberdaya laut dan UMKM bukan dari sumber daya laut. UMKM yang berbahan baku sumber daya laut yang menjadi unggulan adalah pembuatan garam dan pengolahan ikan. Sedangkan yang berbahan baku tidak berasal dari sumberdaya laut UMKM yang diunggulkan adalah batik tulis, kerajinan bordir, meubel kayu, pembuatan kapal dan pembuatan tempe (Disperindagkop dan UMKM, 2013).Pemerintah kabupaten Rembang melalui Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi dan UMKM terus berupaya untuk mengkaji potensi ekonomi yang dapat terus dikembangkan menjadi produk unggulan yang mampu bersaing ditingkat regional maupun nasional. Permasalahan terjadi dalam penentuan produk unggulan daerah yang struktur permasalahannya belum jelas, diantaranya kriteria-kriteria serta teknik pengambilan keputusan dalam penentuan produk unggulan. Management ability should be the activity that supports small and medium enterprises to be more effective and efficient in carrying out the enterprise in order to have high competitiveness. The problem occurred is there are many small and medium enterprises have poor management. The same problem also faced by Batik Tulis lasem industry, so the competitiveness of Batik Tulis Lasem industry is not optimal. This research aim is to obtain the proper enterprise management model as the effort to improve Batik Tulis Lasem competitiveness. Data analysis used is qualitative approach and SWOT analysis. The research result is the enterprise management model developed consists of production management, human resources management, marketing management and financing management. In implementing this enterprise management model is also developed criterion of enterprise performance measurement. The enterprise subjects have to carry out SWOT analysis for their enterprises, so the enterprises conditions and the competitor position this time can be identified.
This research aim is to formulate business model for developing Batik Tulis Lasem Industry. The research object is Batik Tulis Lasem industry in Rembang Regency. The collecting data used is questioner and interview. The sample is 42 Batik Tulis Lasem entrepreneurs taken by purposive sampling. Analyzing data used is descriptive analysis technique, SWOT analysis and Business Model Canvas Approach. The result of the research shows that business model developed is Business Model Canvas by considering Existing condition. Some segment blocks must be developed and created. Customer segment block is the customers’ segment based on the area developed. Motif and design patent proposed have to be developed in value propositions block, and creating interesting design, motif and the packaging. The use of Dekranasda Showroom has to be improved in channels block and created the outside area promotion, e-marketplace and online selling. In costumer relationship block must be improved the services qualities and created customers’ fulfillment and loyalty. In revenue stream block must be developed and created the existing currents from product variation. In key resources block must be improved the labor skill. Key block activities must be carried out to improve capacity and quality of human resources. In the development of the world’s economy, business or entrepreneurial efforts are required to be able to make appropriate and effective decision making, especially in the financial sector. This research was conducted to analyze the factors that influence financial literacy in UMKM Batik Tulis Lasem in Rembang Regency. The variables used in this study are education level, gender, and income level. This has implications for good finance that will help MSMEs to take effective financial decisions for the sustainability of their businesses. This study uses binary logistic analysis to find the effect between variables with the level of financial literacy. The results of the study showed that none of the variables used in the study had a significant influence on the level of financial literacy at UMKM Batik Tulis Lasem.
