This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and working hours on employee performance at PT Global Sumatra Group. Primary data used in this study were obtained from questionnaires filled out by 90 respondents. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results prove that workload (X1) and working hours (X2) have a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y). This research is expected to provide benefits for companies to pay more attention to workload and working hours to improve employee performance.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh beban kerja dan jam kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Grup Global Sumatera. Data primer yang digunakan pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh 90 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa beban kerja (X1) dan jam kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi perusahaan agar lebih memperhatikan beban kerja dan jam kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen sepeda motor NMAX pada PT Yamaha A. Rivai Palembang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan responden akhir berjumlah 50. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana pada SPSS V22. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk memiliki thitung>ttabel (15.209>2.01) dan taraf signifikansi (0,000<0,05). Ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hasil uji koefisien korelasi (R) adalah sebesar 0,910 yang berarti hubungan antara kualitas produk dengan kepuasan konsumen adalah sangat kuat (91%). Koefisiendeterminasi (R2) sebesar 0,828 yang berarti besarnya kontribusi kualitas produk bisa menjelaskan kepuasan konsumen sebesar 82,8% sisanya sebesar 17,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitin ini.
This study investigates the most effective posting timing on Instagram to enhance content engagements (i.e., likes and comments). Data of 2,958 Indonesian food brands posts were analysed using negative binomial regression to predict the number of likes and comments. This study reveals that the most effective posting days are on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday as contents posted on Instagram on these days result in a higher number of likes and comments. In addition, this study also encourages food brands to post their contents during breakfast and lunch times as these times of the day prompt more likes and comments. The findings of this study will help brands and social media managers to include scheduling in their social media marketing strategy on Instagram.

This study aims to investigate the effects of service quality and physical environment on customer satisfaction at the Unsilent Cafe Palembang. Based on the Slovin formula, this study used 99 samples with an accidental technique from a population of 7,710. Data were collected through documentation and questionnaires and analysed using multiple linear regression on SPSS. The results uncover that service quality and physical environment have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.749 proves that service quality and the physical environment have a strong relationship with customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.561 indicates that the contribution of service quality and physical environment explains consumer satisfaction by 56.1%.
This study aims to investigate the effects of safety and health of employees on work productivity of employees at the warehouse of PT Muara Dua Palembang. Data of 65 respondents were collected through a questionnaire. This study applied the multiple linear regression to analyze the data. The findings unveil that partially work safety has a significant and negative effect on employees' work productivity. Additionally, employees' occupational health has a significant and positive effect on work productivity. Simultaneously, occupational safety and health have a significant and positive effect on employees' productivity. This empirical evidence can provide benefits for PT Muara Dua Palembang. To increase employees' productivity, the leader of the company should optimize the safety and health factors of employees.
