The purpose of this research is for knowing the jobs and the position of zakat agency, the function of zakat agency in increasing awareness of profession zakat, contributing factors and presecutor factors. This research used qualitative method by analysing of descriptive data. The researcher gave a description of discovery which was found by Laznas Al-Azhar. This research used data collection by observation in the location, interviewing and be completed by data documentation. The result of the function of zakat agency in increasing awareness of profession zakat is all zakat agencies have been doing their jobs professionally and zakat agency of Laznas Al-Azhar has the important contribution in increasing awareness of profession zakat. The position of zakat agency is the best and the main function of zakat agency is same generally, it is giving education. While from their jobs are accumulation, writing down, managing and distribution for mustahik as eight asnaf which is from Al-Quran.

<p>In accordance with the regulations set out in a company in carrying out the promotion process, criteria are needed to determine who will be selected to fulfill the position especially in the sales manager division. In the process of determining this position a decision support system is needed. One method that can be used for Decision Support Systems is to use the Profile Matching method. In this study, a case will be raised, namely finding the best solution based on employee competencies in a company using the Profile matching method. This method was chosen because it is able to select the best candidates from a number of existing employees, in this case the intended candidates are employees who are entitled to occupy positions available based on the specified criteria. The research was conducted by looking for weight values for each attribute, such as examples of aspects of intellectual capacity, aspects of work attitudes, and behavioral aspects, then a ranking process was conducted that would determine the optimal alternative, namely the best employees.</p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: Profile Matching, Competence, Promotion, Decision Support </em><em>Sytem</em><em></em></p>

In both government and private institutions, technology helps to organize management systems and work processes. The usage of the Village Information System is one of the IT applications in village life (SID). According to SID's first findings, there are impediments to an existing service, including the absence of functionality of specific features, system loading, and system correctness. The design of a village information system in Tomuan Holbung Village is discussed in this paper. Village information is one of the functions provided by this system. Because of the ready-to-use sample letters that are available. The waterfall process, which includes analysis, design, coding, and testing, as well as entity connection diagrams in database design, was used to create a web-based exam information system. It will be easier for devices to process village information data using a website-based village information system, making it more effective and efficient in giving information about village administration in Tomuan Holbung Village. The information system has a web-based display so that users can alter the material in the system, such as a web-based information system as a means of information in the waterfall method of development in Tomuan Holbung Village

Decision Support System Determining the Quality of Laying Hens with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method is an element that greatly influences the smooth running of the task. The division in this study will be appointed a case, namely looking for the best alternative based on predetermined criteria using the SAW (Simple Additive) method. Weighting) The research was conducted by finding the weight value for each attribute, then a ranking process was carried out which would determine the optimal alternative, namely the best quality laying hens.

Productive Zakat management to improve the welfare of the people is carried out by the management and staff of the Indonesian Zakat House amil zakat institution, to maintain its existence as an NGO-based social institution (Non-Government Organization), the quality of management is an important essence in serving donors in general and in particular. the mustahik in the village are empowered so that the collection and distribution process is in accordance with the wishes of the donors and mustahik who are worthy of welfare. This research was conducted to carefully study the implementation of productive zakat management carried out by Rumah Zakat Indonesia with the aim of improving the welfare of the people. Management of services in terms of collection, data collection of donors, data collection of mustahik, improving the quality of amil to the stage of distributing zakat funds according to the institution's program. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, namely using the method of observation and interviews as the author's research instruments. Based on the results of the author's research, it was found that the management of zakat funds in Rumah Zakat institutions is quite good which can improve the welfare of the people. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mempelajari secara seksama implementasi pengelolaan zakat produktif yang dilakukan oleh Rumah Zakat Indonesia dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan umat. Pengelolaan pelayanan dari segi penghimpunan, pendataan donatur, pendataan mustahik, meningkatkan kualitas para amil sampai pada tahap penyaluran dana zakat sesuai dengan program lembaga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yakni menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara sebagai instrument penelitian penulis.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penulis, ditemukan pengelolaan dana zakat di lembaga Rumah Zakat yang cukup baik yang mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan umat. Mulai dari penghimpunan dana sampai pada tahap penyaluran yang insya Allah tepat sasaran sesuai dengan alqur’an dan hadits.
