The purpose of the research is to analyze marketing strategies in the selection of Mouth sores products based on consumers. The data source was obtained by observing, interviewing and giving questionnaires to 375 respondents randomly by using Google Form. The output of the research is the ranking of Mouth sores products. The technique used is utilizing one of the decision support system methods, namely Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) in providing recommendations for results. The alternative thrush medicine products that are used are: Adem Sari (A1), Jesscool (A2), Alangsari (A3), Larutan Penyegar cap Kaki Tiga (A4) and Larutan Penyegar cap Badak (A5). The rating criteria given are Composition (C1), Packaging (C2), Taste (C3), Price (C4) and How to use (C5). The results of the SMART method calculation give the first recommendation is Alangsari (A3) with a final value = 0.84 and Jesscool (A2) as the second recommendation with a final value = 0.45.
Thus this research was conducted as a basis for reviewing the MP Study Program curriculum. This research is to analyze the subject in the department to achieve the vision of the Educational Management Department which makes a positive and significant contribution to the graduate profile. Data analysis was tested with multiple linear regression, followed by partial correlation. The results obtained are the coefficient values between Professional Development, Program Evaluation, and Entrepreneurship Attitudes with Teacher Performance obtained values R = 0.784, with R2 = 0.597, with a value of F = 36.098 with a significance of 0.000. This means that there is a close relationship between the three independent variables, the dependent variable with R2 = 0.597 indicates that 59.7% of teacher performance is influenced by the three independent variables. Next is a partial correlation analysis. The results obtained are r1y-23 = 0.389 with a significance of 0.001, r2y-13 = 0.257 with a significance of 0.032, and r3y-12 = 0.324 with a significance of 0.006. From the results it was seen that the highest contribution was achieved by Professional Development, followed by the Entrepreneurship Attitude, the smallest; is the contribution of the Program Evaluation

CIPP (Context, Input, process, dan Product) yang dikembangkan oleh Stufflebeam ditambah dengan O (Outcome). Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling yang dilakukan dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sasaran dari penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Ketua Program Keahlian Teknik Pemesinan dan Teknik Kendaraan Ringan, Kepala unit Produksi Teaching factory, dan beberapa siswa yang terlibat dalam kegiatan teaching factory. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Efektifitas implementasi teacing factory di SMK Muhammadiah Kutowinangun sangat baik sedangkan di SMKN 2 cukup baik. 2) Factor pendukung implementasi teaching factory di dua SMK yang diteliti relative sama yaitu dukungan dari semua stakeholders, sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, guru yang kompeten. 3) Faktor penghambat implementasi teaching factory di kedua sekolah yang diteliti antara laian adalah belum adanya tenaga pemasaran (promosi dan pencari order), belum adanya teknisi yang khusus melayani customer. 4) Strategi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan teaching factory di dua SMK yang diteliti adalah menggunakan strategi marketing 4
