Dunia cyber menjadi dunia baru layaknya dalam kehidupan nyata menawarkan hal-hal yang bisa dilakukan pada dunia nyata. Mulai dari chatting, conference, berbelanja sampai mencari jodoh bisa dilakukan di dunia maya ini, bahkan kuliah saat ini bisa dilakukan melalui dunia maya ini. Hanya dengan �click� kita diajak untuk memasuki �ruang� dimana kita bisa mencari apa saja yang kita inginkan, tanpa dibatasi oleh jarak dan waktu yang di sebut oleh Mc Luhan sebagai �Global Village�. Dari berbagai fenomena tersebut di atas, maka menjadi penting untuk meneliti mengenai konstruksi sosial media dan bagaimana identitas diri remaja yang dimunculkan melalui status media sosial facebook. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan grounded untuk memahami bagaimana remaja mengkonstruksi identitas dirinya melalui statusstatus yang diunggah pada situs sosial media facebook. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada remaja usia 14 �18 tahun karena pada usia ini mereka lebih sering melakukan update status setiap hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat facebook memungkinkan setiap pengguna dan atau pemilik akun di facebook disediakan form atau borang untuk menuliskan profil diri mereka seperti nama, nama kecil, tempat tanggal lahir, pendidikan, hobi, sampai pada kutipan yang disenangi olehnya. Fasilitas facebook tersebut memungkinkan seseorang mengkonstruk dirinya melalui perantaraan teks baik itu dalam pengertian kumpulan kata maupun gambar yang pada akhirnya memberikan kepingan-kepingan gambar bagaimana subyek pemilik akun facebook itu. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah Karena identitas diri remaja di facebook cenderung membebaskan dirinya dari pemahaman kesejarahan tentang identitas yang selama ini berlaku di dunia nyata, maka orang tua juga perlu untuk lebih memahami teknologi sehingga memungkinkan untuk melakukan pendampingan dan pemantauan terhadap konstruksi identitas yang dibentuk anak-anaknya.Kata kunci : Konstruksi Sosial, Identitas Diri, Media Sosial
The efforts to involve netizens in disseminating information about the candidates of president and vice president became a significant campaign strategy in the Indonesian’s president election 2014, especially for the beginners and middle-class voters. It is to confirm that the country with experienced a long period of authoritarianism tends to begin the political consciousness by rising awareness in which the community has turned into an active community and full of ideals. The middle class is the appropriate target for political campaign in social media, because of their highly movement in the cyber space. The other reason the new voter (beginners) are also targeted in the social media campaign during the Indonesia’s president election because their frequent access to social media. By using thick description of qualitative methods, the study illustrates how Indonesians netizens play a role in political communication strategy in social media during the campaign period. The future of Indonesia democracy should consider the role of netizens in order to develop ideal political communication strategy.
The spread of the Covid-19 virus requires human interaction to be mediated by information and communication technology, including education. Educators must adapt to this change to become role models quickly. However, not all educators can use technology in online learning. For educators in the village who had never used information and communication technology for education, this adaptation process needed guidance in the acceleration, as a necessity of educators with ICT mastery capabilities in the information age and amid the pandemic situation. It takes a mentoring program for educators to improve their ability and competence on digital technology for learning management both luring and online. This program is intended for educators in MI Al-Hikmah Source of Simo Boyolali through a participatory approach. The training began by doing a pretest and continued FGD to map the potential and problems faced by the teacher. Based on the pretest and FGD, we decided to conduct digital literacy training to improve educator competencies in managing online learning and luring. Penyebaran virus Covid-19 mengharuskan interaksi manusia termediasi oleh teknologi informasi dan komunikasi termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan. Pendidik dituntut untuk beradaptasi dengan cepat terhadap perubahan ini agar tetap mampu menjadi role model. Namun demikian belum semua pendidik mampu memanfaatkan teknologi dalam pembelajaran daring. Bagi pendidik yang berada di desa yang sebelumnya tidak pernah menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk pembelajaran, bimbingan dalam percepatan proses adaptasi ini perlu dilakukan. Sebagai sebuah keniscayaan pendidik dengan kemampuan penguasaan TIK di era informasi dan ditengah situasi pandemic. Dibutuhkan program pendampingan bagi pendidik untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan kompetensi pendidik terhadap pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk pengelolaan pembelajaran baik luring maupun daring. Program ini ditujukan untuk pendidik di MI Al Hikmah Sumber Simo Boyolali melalui pendekatan partisipatoris. Pelatihan dimulai dengan melakukan pretes dan dilanjutkan FGD untuk memetakan potensi dan masalah yang dihadapai guru. Based on the Digital Civility Index (DCI), Indonesian internet users have the lowest Digital Civilization Index in Southeast Asia. This phenomenon is evident from the rise of fake news or hoaxes, hate speech, cyberbullying, discrimination, and even fraud. Modernization has also made people's lifestyles more consumptive. Indonesia is also a religious country with the largest Muslim population in the world. Indonesia is ready to face the coming era of what is known as the era of society 5.0. This article analyzes the public perception of urban society in Semarang city of the importance of religious education in their lives and how it is used as an aspect of curriculum development in the era of society 5.0. This research is qualitative research using a method of phenomenology. Data was collected from interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that contextualization of the Islamic religious education curriculum is needed to suit the needs of society in the era of society 5.0. Islamic religious education teaches students the physical dimension (shari'a) and the spiritual dimension (essential) so that Islamic religious education can foster spirituality for urban Muslim communities as a basis for values in everyday behaviour. Islamic religious education must instil the importance of monotheism and ethics in utilizing technology. The era of society 5.0 makes humans the centre (anthropocentric), while Islamic religious education instils the value that God is the centre (theocentric).
Philosophy and education are two things that cannot be separated. Philosophy is the basic foundation or direction for achieving the implementation and goals of education. Education aims to shape human beings in achieving complete humanity. Even Islam offers a concept of human beings, namely the prototype of humans who carry out their duties as khalifatullah fil ardh; humans who not only have intellectual intelligence (IQ), but also spiritual (SQ) and emotional intelligence (EQ). The problems that arise, complaints about the increasingly widespread individualist, materialist, and pragmatic nature of the community are allegedly because the modern education system ignores the basics of the value of education and only pursues material benefits. This article offers a solution to answer the challenges of education in the modern era which refers to the philosophical value of education. Especially the concept of the philosophy of Islamic education taught by al-Ghazali. In his education philosophy, al-Ghazali did not recognize the separation between religious education and general education without linking of them. There is no aqliyah term without including syar'iyyah. Cognitive aspects are not developed without involving affective and psychomotor aspects at once.
