This study aimed to analyze the index skipjack fishing season which fishing base in PT Radios Apirja, Sorong-Papua Barat. Analysis of the data used is to use Presentation Methods average based on time series analysis that Determine the total catch per effort for each month for cascading data researched, created the series order CPUE per month for five years from 1 to 60, adding up the five CPUE each of the 12 months in five years, summing 60th CPUE, then a total of 60 CPUE divided by 12 to get an average per month in these five years. Total each CPUE respectively 12 months reduced by an average CPUE to get the index of catching season, and by using a chart or graph. The index value indicates that more than one fishing season, while the value of the index is less than 1 indicates no fishing season. The results showed that the business of catching skipjack by pole and line in the waters of Papua bird's head is done throughout the year, and catches fluctuate on a monthly basis, while the fishing season occurs from February to April and July to August.
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis preferensi parameter oseanografi (SPL dan klorofil-a) terhadap hasil tangkapan ikan cakalang di perairan Pulau Misool dan Fakfak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Maret -Mei 2015 di Perairan Pulau Misool dan Fakfak, data berupa hasil tangkapan Maret -Mei 2015, SPL dan klorofil-a diperoleh dari citra satelit MODIS-Terra. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Softwere ArcGis 10.2, ENVI 5.1. dan softwere ORIGIN Versi 8.5.1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa preferensi SPL dan konsentrasi klorofil-a terhadap ikan cakalang pada bulan Maret -Mei 2015 berada pada kisaran 29,50 -30,50°C dan konsentrasi klorofil-a sekitar 0,10 -0,20 mg/m 3 . ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze preference oceanographic parameters (SST and chlorophyll-a) of the Skipjack in the Misool dan Fakfak Waters. The research was conducted in March-May 2015 in the Misool dan Fakfak Waters, the data in the form of catch March to May 2015, SST and chlorophyll-a obtained from satellite imagery MODIS-Terra. Data were analyzed using Softwere ArcGis 10.2, ENVI 5.1. and softwere ORIGIN Versi 8.5.1. The results of the study showed that the preferences of the SPL and chlorophyll-a concentration of the Skipjack in the month of March to May, 2015 in the range of 29.50 to 30.50°C and chlorophyll-a concentration of about 0.10 to 0.20 mg/m 3 .
Penelitian ini mendiskripsikan penangkapan udang penaeid di Kabupaten Kaimana setelah moratorium dan Pelarangan Penangkapan ikan dengan Pukat Hela/Pukat Tarik untuk memberi gambaran dalam perencanaan pengelolaan perikanan udang yang berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data penelitian adalah metode survei lapangan dengan mengikuti langsung kegiatan operasi penangkapan oleh nelayan, pengukuran alat tangkap dan wawancara yang dilakukan mulai bulan September – November 2017 kemudian diolah dan di bahas secara deskriptif. Penangkapan udang penaeid di Kabupaten Kaimana setelah moratorium dan Pelarangan Penangkapan ikan dengan Pukat Hela/Pukat Tarik dilakukan oleh nelayan skala kecil yang berasal dari daerah Arguni dan Nelayan Kaimana menggunakan trammel net dan jaring udang monofilament dengan menggunakan perahu katinting dan longboat motor tempel. Penangkapan udang dengan jaring udang PA monofilament dilakukan pada perairan pesisir pantai pada kedalamanan 1 – 5 meter dan penangkapan udang dengan trammel net dilakukan pada perairan pesisir pantai pada kedalamanan 5 – 20 m. Umumnya dasar perairan lumpur berpasir dengan warna perairan keruh abu-abu, dan sepanjang pantai terdapat hutan mangrove dengan hasil tangkapan didominasi udang banana. Musim penangkapan terjadi pada bulan November – April untuk Perairan Arguni, dan Juni – Oktober di Perairan Teluk Kaimana.
ABSTRAKEvaluasi yang dilakukan terhadap kegiatan wirausaha muda masih terdapat beberapa kelemahan kelompok seperti ide yang ditampilkan merupakan ide tahun sebelumnya, penyusunan proposal belum sesuai, belum ada strategi pemasaran, dan teknik presentasi yang kaku. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berwirausaha sehingga dapat menjadi bekal Ketika lulus pendidikan. Metode pendampingan dilakukan dengan ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab serta proses coaching kepada tiga kelompok wirausaha taruna dan satu wirausaha alumni. Hasil pendampingan dengan metode CPDT dan coaching meningkatnya kreativitas kelompok wirausaha, proposal bisnis sesuai pedoman, dan kelompok mampu melakukan presentasi lebih menarik dan efektif. ABSTRACTThe evaluation carried out on young entrepreneurial activities still has several weaknesses in the group, such as the ideas presented in the previous year, inadequate proposal preparation, no marketing strategy, and rigid presentation techniques. This community service aims to improve entrepreneurial skills so that they can become provisions when graduating from education. The mentoring method is carried out by lectures, discussions, and questions and answers as well as a coaching process to three youth entrepreneur groups and one alumni entrepreneur. The results of assistance with the CPDT method and coaching increased the creativity of entrepreneurial groups, business proposals according to guidelines, and groups were able to make more attractive and effective presentations. Destructive fishing has the potential to reduce the sustainability of marine resources and the productivity of marine products which will have an impact on the welfare of fishermen. Various motives for destructive fishing include economic, social, cultural motives, and even ignorance that this action is against the law. Politeknik Kelautan dan Perikanan Sorong carries out community service as an effort to provide understanding regarding environmentally friendly fisheries through lectures and the practice of making environmentally friendly fishing gear. The activity lasted for 2 days, attended by 20 fishermen target partners of Saoka Village. The results of the practice in the form of environmentally friendly fishing gear are handed over to target partners for use in fishing operations.
