Permasalah terkait dengan penelitian ini yaitu saat ini, sistem pembelajaran materi kepramukaan masih menggunakan buku panduan sebagai media pembelajaran khususnya di kalangan anak sekolah dasar sehingga belum mampu melakukan proses belajar yang menarik, efektif, efisien dan interaktif. Oleh karena itu, masih banyak siswa di kalangan sekolah dasar yang tidak menghiraukan ekstrakulikuler pramuka. Padahal, pramuka merupakan salah satu kegiatan ekstrakulikuler wajib, hal ini berdasar pada aturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 63 Tahun 2014 bahwa pendidikan kepramukaan merupakan kegiatan ekstrakulikuler yang diwajibkan untuk pendidikan dasar serta pendidikan menengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar memperoleh multimedia pembelajaran interaktif pengenalan materi kepramukaan untuk anak sekolah dasar yang dapat memudahkan proses belajar dikarenakan dukungan dari beberapa aspek yaitu gambar, animasi, teks serta audio sehingga dapat menumbuhkan minat untuk belajar mengenai kepramukaan sejak dini. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan Research and Development (R&D) dengan penerapan model ADDIE. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian blackbox, diperoleh hasil yang valid untuk semua pengujian fungsional pada multimedia interaktif yang dibuat. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil kuesioner untuk mengetahui kelayakan multimedia interaktif yang diperoleh dari dua puluh lima responden yaitu anak sekolah dasar kelas 4 sampai 6, hasil yang diperoleh 84,38% menyatakan sangat baik, sehingga multimedia pembelajaran interaktif ini layak untuk digunakan.
Background: According to WHO pneumonia is the first killer of toddlers in the world. Indonesia ranks eighth in the world in the case of pneumonia and bronchopneumonia in which there are 3800 children died each year. Bronchopneumonia is a lung inflammation that usually attacks secondary terminal brachialis with fever infection. One of the interventions that can be done to reduce fever and reduce the increase in body temperature suddenly is performing a warm compress with the tepid sponge method. The purpose: To carry out Client Nursing Care with bronchopneumonia with Hypertherm Problems in the Arafah treatment room using the tepid sponge method. The method used is a case study with data delivery techniques through observation, interviews, physical examination and documentation. Management of tepid sponge once a day for 3 days of treatment. Result: An "M" and An "A" regarding nursing history for thermoregulatory status includes, had complaints verbalised from parents that their child had a fever, the client's family said the child's body feels warm, reddish skin, dry and fussy lips. Nursing interventions carried out for 3 days namely: on the client's problem, An "M and An "A" has been resolved. The results of case evaluations carried out on clients experiencing hyperthermia indicate that the application of tepid sponge 1 time a day, according to the schedule set shows a decrease in the body temperature of the client after administration, this indicates that the tepid sponge is effective because it can help in reducing the body temperature of the client. Suggestion: The compressed water temperature is set using a thermometer with a temperature of 370C. When administering the action, you should pay close attention to the responses shown by the patient such as appearing cold and shivering to avoid complications and encourage parents to wear thin clothing and absorb sweat.
