Hate speech is now a problem for social media users such as Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp and also Telegram. The current social media users are also a lot to post, share the content both consciously and unconsciously to various social media as well as even some hate speech postings are shared by irresponsible parties to gain profit from the chaos that he created, denigrating religion, vilify certain individuals even as an act of provocation. Prototype hate speech detection application created to detect hate speech on Facebook and it can give notification to users to be more aware of social media content and also careful in reading, share content that can trigger unpleasant actions.
Inspection of Universities infringement (PT) is one of Controlling, Supervising and Guidance (dalwasbin) activities aimed at developing problematic universities in order to be back on track and able to run Tri Dharma of Higher Education in accordance with National Standard of Higher Education. Based on the results of evaluation and inspection of Higher Education in 2017 at Coordination of Private Higher Education Region XIV there found 29 Universities out of 61 Universities that committed violations. Management of infringement inspection of Higher Education requires the role of information technology due to the geographic area of the Higher Education and management of Higher Education inspection that is still manual causing management to be ineffective and inefficient. Coordination of Private Higher Education Region XIV requires an information system that can support and assist data of infringement in universities and management of universities inspection. The design of information system in this research used waterfall method. The design of system models used unified modeling language diagrams (UML) including use case diagrams and activity diagrams. The design of this information system generated a system that can support the management of integrated and centralized infringement inspection to facilitate the inspection, monitoring and reporting of inputs and information for Coordination of Private Higher Education and the ministry in mapping the institutional quality Higher Education.
The problem in this study was the gap between the target of the Indonesian Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education (Menristekdikti) in the field of publication who wishes to be number one in ASEAN, meanwhile, the Higher Education Service Institute (LLDikti) Region XII of Maluku and North Maluku, which is one of the ministries' work units, has a number of lecturers who are not very active in the field of research with publication impact.This can be seen from the very small number of research proposals funded by the Directorate of Research and Community Service (DRPM) of Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education (Kemristekdikti) in the last 3 (three) years (2017, 2018 and 2019). Speaking of which, the objective of this study was to find the inhibiting factors that underlie the lack of involvement of lecturers at private universities (PTS) in LLDikti XII.This type of research was a qualitative study that seeks to ideologically raise the phenomenon of the low level of proposition and the pass of lecturers' research proposals in LLDikti XII.The research site was overlapping with the the Higher Education Services Institute (LLDikti) Region XII, namely Maluku Province and North Maluku Province. Data were collected through document search, interviews, and focus group discussions. The analysis process was carried out both in the middle of and post data collection process.The steps to analyze the data were: (1) data reduction, (2) data "display", (3) understanding, interpretation, (4) drawing conclusions and verification. This study found that of 2,445 lecturers in LLDikti XII, the lecturers involved in the research did not reach a quarter of the total.Likewise with the number of Private Universities involved, which is from a total of 44 Private Universities, only one third participated in research funded by DRPM. This finding indicated that the average ability of lecturers (in this case also Private Universities) in LLDikti Region XII is still very limited and requires capacity building.

Many therapies to help the motor neuron performance is one of them Pretend Play. Pretend Play is a therapy that invites children in playing to demonstrate something else and tell how to use objects that are considered in the child’s imagination. However, in the era of highly developed technology, many fields have used the Augmented Reality method as a visualization of various aspects. With this method researchers will present the therapeutic visualization of the block to 3D transportation tool that is useful for strengthening motor nerves and visual strength of the child. The system can run well during marker detection, marker movement, and 3D object display with the accuracy of precision angle and distance between virtual world with real world reach 100% with angle 0 at distance 31 cm and the maximum distance from the marker is 46 cm and the maximum angle is 30˚.
Kota Layak Anak (KLA) merupakan kota yang mempunyai sistem pembangunan berbasis hak anak melalui pengintegrasian komitmen dan sumber daya pemerintah, masyarakat, dan dunia usaha yang terencana secara menyeluruh dan berkelanjutan dalam kebijakan, program dan kegiatan untuk menjamin terpenuhinya hak anak. Penyelenggaraan KLA di Kota Ambon sudah memiliki payung hukum yaitu Peraturan Daerah Kota Ambon Nomor 1 tahun 2019 tentang penyelenggaraan Kota Layak Anak. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah terdapat beberapa kendala dalam mewujudkan Kota Layak Anak di Kota Ambon yakni (1) Program Kota Layak Anak belum popular ditingkat OPD di Kota Ambon. OPD di Kota Ambon masih bersifat egosektoral sehingga sulit untuk mengintegrasikan isu anak dalam menyusun program masing-masing OPD, (2) Belum adanya anggaran berdasarkan kebutuhan anak dalam APBD, (3) Belum optimalnya jalinan kemitraan antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, organisasi masyarakat, dan masyarakat sendiri termasuk anak-anak, (4) Belum ada Baseline data anak yang terintegrasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalan, penelusuran literatur dan literatur internet. Hasil penelitian mengambarkan bahwa 12 tahun Kota Ambon mengembangan Kota Layak Anak. Tahun 2019 Kota Ambon baru memperoleh Penghargaan Pratama dari Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak dengan Skor nilai 523 dari skor penilaian 500-599. Untuk mencapai skor nilai ditas 600 maka diperlukan keterlibatan berbagai pihak sehingga kendala dan hambatan yang ada dapat teratasi. Pemeran utama dalam terwujudnya Kota Layak Anak di Kota Ambon adalah Pemerintah. Luaran penelitian ini dipublikasikan pada chanel youtube UKIM TV dan Jurnal Badati
