The digital transformation of agriculture in the Russian Federation is designed to optimize the use of agricultural land, which should contribute to an increase in labor productivity in agricultural enterprises and a reduction in the cost of agricultural products. To come to this result is impossible without the formation of sustainable agricultural landscapes. Authors of the article propose to introduce the "Sustainable agrolandscape" module in the structure of the state program "Digital Agriculture". The key element of the module is the ecological and economic zoning scheme of the municipal districts territories formed on the data basis from an agricultural landscapes map. The main purpose of the agricultural landscape maps is the study of the morphological structure of agricultural landscapes. Information on the suitability of land will make it possible to carry out ecological and economic zoning, taking into account the types of agricultural landscapes that are similar in ecological status. The use of is the scheme of ecological-economic zoning will allow not only to assess the state and use of land, but also to determine the direction of their use for the future. The scheme of ecological and economic zoning of agrolandscapes is the basis for the formation of schemes and projects of land management of the territory, as well as for the development of farming systems on a landscape basis. The article presents the results of a pilot project, which substantiated the effectiveness of the use of the module "Sustainable agrolandscape". Keywords-sustainable agrolandscape, scheme of ecological and economic zoning, agricultural landscapes map of types, digital terrain model, digitalization of agriculture, landscapeforming components, sustainable agrolandscape, digital transformation, ecological and economic zoning, Omsk region, state of land use, land typing.
To solve problems in the field of information support of the cadastral valuation of settlement lands, the article proposes to develop a geo information system of information support of the subjects of cadastral valuation of settlement lands. The proposed geographic information system includes the results of assessments of the cadastral and market values of land plots and generated assessment cards based on the data obtained, thematic maps characterizing the efficiency of urban land use, ecological land use schemes flowing into the ecological tension schemes of the settlement lands.
The article reveals one of the main paradigms for the agricultural land use development. Adaptation is not only a necessity, but a means to improve sustainability and efficiency in the use of agricultural land. The conditions of external systems that determine the direction and magnitude of adaptation options for agricultural land use have also been shown. The features of adaptation of the basic land use elements have been described: land plots, legal status, engineering equipment of the territory, land use system, and land use maintenance system. The article provides a more detailed overview of the adaptation of the main land use system element (agriculture), which will ensure the adaptation of crops and their varieties to the features of soils and terrain; the adaptation of cultivation technologies to the soil and terrain, the features of the territory; the adaptation of fertilizer systems to soils and crops and their varieties; the adaptation of cultivation technologies to the actual technical equipment; the adaptation of the farming system to the actual financial condition; and the adaptation of the farming system to the natural conditions of the year. A monographic description of the land use adaptation experiment by Chistoe, LLC in the Tyukalinsky District of the Omsk Region has been produced. Mutual adaptation of both land management and its technical and technological components has been proposed for the agricultural land development project. It is expected that this will minimize the required financial costs by adapting land properties, reducing types of machines and the technologies used.
The article presents the technology of specialized zoning of agricultural land on the example of the Lubinsky municipal district of the Omsk region. It is noted that when organizing zoning, it is necessary to correctly identify the most important parameters that determine the leading direction of activity. It is proposed to carry out specialized zoning of agricultural lands for the purposes of their effective use in three stages, with each of the stages being the basis for the next. According to the indicators presented in the article, it is advisable to identify areas that will help assess the objective situation when planning production. These zones are represented by homogeneous complexes of signs and properties that determine the identity of ways to increase land fertility and give approximately the same effect at a certain level of use. Within the allotted zones, proposals for the preferential use of land are presented. In conclusion, it is indicated that the zoning carried out allows us to identify the potential of land resources for the implementation of efficient agricultural production. Zoning must be carried out using GIS technologies, the use of which will greatly simplify the work with information and cartographic databases.
