The clinical efficiency of Mastodinon (Bionorica) is studied in management of 33 patients (average age 34,6 years) with different menstrual disfunctions and dysmenorrhea. In 13 patients these disturbances coexisted with hyperprolactinemia.
As a result of 3-month treatment with Mastodinon we noted the normalization of menstrual function in 13 of 17 patients, and the decrease in prolactin serum levels on 10 of 13 women. The prolactin decrease was followed by increase in luteinizing hormone and progesteron, as chosen for ovulatory cycle.
It is found that Mastodinon has the properties of dopaminomimetics and can be concerned as the alternative for synthetic dopaminergic drug therapy (Bromocriptine etc.).
In comparative aspect the clinical efficiency of natural estrogen - 17 - - estradiol and phytoestrogens for elimination of climacteric syndrome and age hyperlipoidemia appearing was studied.
Climadinon can be considered as alternative classic substitute therapy preparation for the treatment of vasovegetal disorders within climacteric syndrome. The absence of side effects allows recommend this preparation on the first stage of patients treatment. Should the phytoestrogens effect became weaker, on the second hormonotherapy stage it is possible to obtain the disorders compensation by means of prescribing preparations, containing natural estrogens.
The data of populational and hospital cancer registers, cytological and immunological laboratories of Saint-Petersburg are examined. More than 350 new invasive cervical cancer cases are registered annually. Since 1970 up to 1991 oncological morbidity decreased from 14,7 to 8,1 per 100000 women, but then we witness steady rise of standardized indeces up to 9,9 in 1999. Increasingrate of so called neglectedforms of cervical cancer (III-IV stages), especially amongyoung women, is a disturbing fact. The issues of prophylaxis and early diagnostics of cervical cancer are discussed in the article. The results of cytological and virological examination of women of different contingents are drawn.
