Introduction: Creation of modern information systems for supervision of the state of health of the population is impossible without effective monitoring of the state of individual health, the implementation of a comprehensive assessment of risk factors and the development of recommendations for the preservation of the health of individuals. The aim: Determination of the peculiarities of the interaction between the indicators of the psychophysiological adaptation of students during the асademic year and throughout the period of stay in a higher medical education institution in the context of providing effective monitoring of the individual health of young women and young men. Materials and methods: A set of psychophysiological functions of the organism of the students was investigated by instrumental techniques and computer diagnostic complex “Effecton Studio”, applying of standardized t questionnaires the characteristics of the person were determined, and the prognostic evaluation of the obtained data was carried out with factor analysis procedures. Results: It was determined that the following factors should be noted as the main factor formations during the analysis of the physiologically-determined correlates of processes psychophysiological adaptation: peculiarities of dynamic performance, balance of nervous processes and mobility of nerve processes, and mentally-determined correlates of processes psychophysiological adaptation: peculiarities of temperament and anxiety, character properties, level of subjective control of personality, aggressive manifestations of personality and emotional burnout. Conclusions: In the study were determined the most peculiarities of the interaction of the indicators of psychophysiological adaptation of modern students in the context of providing efficient monitoring of individual health.
The determination of the subsequent comprehensive assessment of the peculiarities of the course of adaptation processes, which are characteristic of modern student youth who acquire a certain profession, are closely related to the establishment of the regularities of the course of numerous adaptive mechanisms in the plane of implementation of psychophysiological, mental, and socio-psychological adaptation. The purpose of the work is to carry out a comprehensive hygienic assessment of the adaptation capabilities of the organism based on the definition of its social and psychological component and aggressive personality manifestations of modern students at various stages of education in a higher education institution. Scientific studies were conducted using questionnaires by Rogers and Diamond and Bass-Darky. 307 students, including 150 young women and 157 young men, who studied in the first, third and sixth years of the medical faculty were under supervision during the observation period. The analysis of the obtained data involved the application of descriptive statistics procedures based on the application of the statistical analysis program package “Statistica 6.1” (license number ВXXR901E245722FA). It was established that the highest level of expression of integral indicators of social and psychological adaptation of students, regardless of the time of study in a higher education institution, is characteristic of the characteristics of adaptation manifestations regarding the desire to dominate and accept others; at the same time, the lowest level of expression is for the characteristics of internality and therefore, determines the presence of pronounced signs of transformations of the adaptive content, which mark the tense course of the processes of social and psychological adaptation of students to the conditions of stay in a medical institution of higher education. It was found that among the overwhelming number of students who were studied, the indicators of aggressive personality manifestations exceed the values typical for normative age-sex indicators. This situation determines the need for the development of methods for a comprehensive assessment of the state of adaptive resources of the body of young men and women studying and scientific substantiation of health-preserving technologies, based on which measures of psychohygienic correction should take the leading place.

One of the key problems of modern biomedical anthropology is the scientific substantiation of the prerequisites for the formation of a healthy lifestyle, the introduction of health-saving technologies that take into account its, psychophysiological and personality features. The aim of the study is biomedical and physiological and hygienic assessment of motor activity of students of modern institutions of higher education and scientific substantiation of ways of its optimization. 385 students aged 19 to 21 were under observation during the research. As quantitative criteria for assessing motor activity, the values of daily energy consumption, the number of locomotions in a daily cycle and the duration of the dynamic component in the daily budget of time were used. The qualitative description of the values of motor activity was carried out on the basis of studying the main types of locomotives and their distribution patterns with the allocation of zones of minimal (hypokinesia), optimal (normokinesia) and maximum (hyperkinesia) values. The statistical analysis of the received materials provided for the application of the standard package of applications “Statistica 6.1”. As the norms of motor activity of modern students, the following indicators are determined: daily energy consumption values – 9000-11000 kJ for young women and 11000-13500 kJ for young men; number of locomotions in a daily cycle – 14000-18000 steps for young women and 15000-19000 steps for young men; the duration of the dynamic component in the daily budget time – 130-180 minutes in young women and 140-190 minutes in young men. Among the leading ways of optimizing motor activity are: the implementation of continuous monitoring and individualized integrated assessment of habitual motor activity; taking into account the norms of motor activity of student youth, which provide a beneficial effect on the processes of formation of their health and adaptive capacity of the body of future specialists and the mandatory achievement of their values; development and implementation of a set of measures aimed at optimizing motor activity and rational organization of motor activity of modern students.
