Merdeka Belajar - Kampus Merdeka, merupakan kebijakan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, bertujuan mendorong mahasiswa untuk menguasai berbagai keilmuan yang berguna untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Implementasi program MBKM di lingkungan program studi Pendidikan Luar Sekolah harus memiliki nilai manfaat bagi dosen, mahasiswa juga tenaga kependidikan. Berdasarkan survey di lapangan, maka penelitian ini mengarah pada pembahasan bagaimana tingkat partisipasi civitas akademik pada implementasi MBKM. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan kesiapan dan kendala pelaksanaan program MBKM. Metode Penelitian ini melalui penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survey. Subjek penelitian ini Dosen, Mahasiswa, dan Tenaga kependidikan Program Studi PLS. Hasil penelitian menyatakan civitas akademik telah memahami kebijakan MBKM di lingkungan program studi, tersusunnya dokumen kurikulum MBKM, program studi telah memiliki mata kuliah yang berkaitan dengan program-program MBKM, kegiatan kewirausahaan telah berjalan mendukung MBKM. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan pendanaan, sistem informasi akademik masih belum maksimal, sumber daya manusia kurang memadai, kurangnya informasi mengenai program MBKM.
Indonesia is one of the countries affected by the Covid-19 outbreak. The government’s policy regarding Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) has an impact on various sectors in Indonesia, be it the economic, entertainment, religious and educational sectors. The need to understand the use of digital media in society greatly determines the mindset of society in dealing with this pandemic. Educational activities that were stopped during the pandemic were transformed into online learning using digital media. Ease of accessing all information can be obtained through several applications in gadgets in people’s lives, but not all people take advantage of these opportunities positively. The purpose of this study was to determine people’s behavior in using digital media during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is the literature review method based on literature exploration from the results of previous studies. These literatures are in the form of books, survey results, online media, and national research articles. The research results reveal that there have been major changes in people’s behavior in several aspects. The change comes from one’s own initiative as well as an appeal or order from the competent authority. In addition, the pandemic affects the mental and psychological health of the community. Media has always been a social institution, during this pandemic, learning can be carried out using various platforms, both in the form of a learning management system and in the form of video conferencing so that parents and teachers are required to have digital literacy skills. The conclusion of the study is that the use of digital media greatly affects people’s behavior, besides that the ability to use digital media is needed by the community as a digital literacy effort during the Covid-19 pandemic. AbstrakIndonesia termasuk salah satu negara yang terkena dampak wabah covid-19. Kebijakan pemerintah mengenai PSBB memberikan dampak terhadap berbagai sektor di Indonesia, baik itu sector ekonomi, hiburan, keagamaan dan pendidikan. Perlunya pemahaman literasi digital di masyarakat sangat menentukan pola pikir masyarakat dalam menghadapi pandemic ini. Kegiatan pendidikan yang dihentikan selama masa pandemi ini, dirubah dalam bentuk pembelajaran daring dengan memanfaatkan media digital. Kemudahan mengakses segala informasi dapat didapatkan melalui beberapa aplikasi dalam gadget di kehidupan masyarakat, namun tidak semua masyarakat memanfaatkan peluang tersebut secara posisitif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peranan literasi digital dalam kehidupan masyarakat di masa pandemic covid-19.metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode deskripstif mellaui pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi, penelitian ini dilakukan selama masa beberapa bulan setelah adaptasi kebiasaan baru. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kebiasaan masyarakat di masa pandemic covid-19 adalah mayoritas melakukan hal yang sama yaitu memesan makanan, berbelanja secara online, juga sering berolahraga dan memulai berkebun. Kemudian keluarga menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan meningkatkan literasi digital untuk anggota keluarganya dengan memanfaatkan akses internet melalui media digital secara bijak. Selain itu keluarga memiliki tanggungjawab memotivasi anggota keluarga untuk menggali bahan bacaan secara digital dan tidak terjebak dalam penyebaran informasi yang tidak benar. Kesimpulan penelitian ialah literasi digital sangat berperan dalam kehidupan masyarakat pada masa pandemic covid-19.
Keikutsertaan masyarakat di butuhkan dalam setiap program dan upaya-upaya pemerintah dalam mengikuti kegiatan posyandu. Jika partisipasi masyarakat tinggi, sadar, akan manfaat posyandu serta ikut serta dalam program program yang di jalankan pemerintah, tentu kegiatan posyandu akan berjalan dengan lancar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengikuti kegiatan Posyandu di kampung Cihanja 2 Garut. Rumusan masalahnya yaitu: (1) bagaimana partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengikuti kegiatan Posyandu di kampung Cihanja 2 Garut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deksriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu, masyarakat selalu mengedepankan kehadirannya datang ke Posyandu karena menyangkut kesehatan anak sehingga jika berhalangan akan mengatur jadwal ulang pekerjaannya, dan jika masyarakat ada yang tidak dapat hadir karena sibuk bekerja, mereka akan mewakilkan datang kepada saudara atau pengasuhnya. Selain itu letak geografis Posyandu Desa Cihanja 2 yang mudah dijangkau oleh masyarakat memudahkan masyarakat untuk datang pada setiap kegiatan Posyandu Desa Cihanja 2. Meskipun terdapat masyarakat yang rumahnya memiliki jarak yang cukup jauh dari rumah ke posyandu, tetapi masyarakat tetap hadir ke Posyandu.
This study aimed to determine the effect of single parent parenting in shaping early childhood independence. This research used a qualitative approach through a case study, and data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation analysis. The results showed that single parent parenting affected the formation of early childhood independence. According to the results, children who were cared for in democratic parenting tended to have an independent attitude, be responsible, have the courage to take risks, and could develop self-confidence, demonstrate learning achievement and develop their potential. Meanwhile, children who were cared for with permissive parenting tended to be less independent, slower, have low motivation, and lack self-control and confidence. Abstract-Human resource development is a series of planned activities designed by the organization to give opportunity for members to learn the skills needed to meet the requirements of the current work and their future job. The training is informal education that became one of the efforts in the development of human resources. Social workers are required to have a special ability both in planning services development models, evaluate social policy. Therefore BBPPKS Bandung, as training institutions have the responsibility of strengthening the competence of social workers through the training event. This article will describe how the contribution and the effects of a training in improving the performance of human resources. The success of the development and the ministry of social welfare is influenced by the performance of the professional social worker. This research focuses on the management of the training that shows an impact on the performance of human resources in Bandung BBPPKS, in this case social worker. The discussion is done with how to compare the results of the empirical research with the theory. The research is implicated to the social workers welfare relates to social service. Professional social service is the social worker users' demand on these days. The accuracy and pace in using the social service approachment becomes one of indicators that the given service is professional. According to those things, the social worker has improved their knowledge and ability by doing the training in order to build a better social service.
