Teknik pengetahuan yang dimiliki petani secara tradisional memiliki beberapa kekurangan, salah satu yang paling utama adalah proses penentuan hama dan penyakit pada tanaman tembakau serta pemberian solusi yang memerlukan waktu cukup lama dan biaya yang cukup besar.Hal inilah yang seringkali membuat para petani tembakau mengalami kerugian. Dengan adanya sebuah sistem pakar maka para petani tembakau tidak akan mengalami kesulitan untuk mendiagnosa hama dan penyakityang menyerang tanaman tembakau. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dibuat suatu sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa hama dan penyakit pada tanaman tembakau menggunakandengan teknik penelusuran data forward chaining, dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Basic.Net,serta menggunakan database MySQL. System ini diharapkan dapat menganalisa beberapa gejala yang ada sehingga dapat menghasilkan keluaran yang lebih akurat.
The objective of this study was to investigate manipulation of cycling speed in virtual cycling system to affect person with stroke behaviour in real world. We have developed a virtual reality augmented cycling (VRAC) system to examine vision aspects of person post stroke with less walking ability by modifying virtual environment features which affecting cycling speed including gain, width and difficulty of cycling path. We tested two groups of participants divided into healthy young participants (n=3), and people post stroke (n=2) as all of them cycled using virtual cycling while we modified the features of virtual environment. From the tested result, we only found a slight difference in the behaviour of participants in the same group, but there are significant differences between groups of participants. In conclusion, manipulation of cycling speed in virtual environment had changed cycling behaviour of two groups and assisted to transfer visual information in real world to virtual world.
Achievement motivation is one of factor that can influence a person perform to doing their best activities for achieve the goal that have been set. Achievement of learning outcomes that is student ability skills determine from student involvement in learning process, so student must be active during their study process. Because of that, by knowing the achievement motivation level is important for the teacher to create the learning environment which suitable to student characteristic so the achievement motivation can be empowered during the learning process. This study, implemented the Radian Basis Function Network (RFBN) to develop the modeling system of student achievement motivation that are high, middle, and low achievement motivation. The study result showed the system accuracy value of 93,09%. Modeling resulted that this student achievement motivation level can be used in education as reference in determining the learning process for vocational student so that the learning becomes effective and the learning goal can be achieved.
