The aim of study was to compare the anaerobic capacity of different type sport. The running-based anaerobic capacity test (RAST) were exam to 42 athletes of football (10), sprint (6), takraw (8), volleyball (10) and pencak silat (8). The anova analysis resulted the difference of minimum power (MinP) (p=0.001), maximum power (MaxP) (p=0.000), average power (AvP)(0.000) and fatigue index (FI) (0.008). The post hoc analysis showed no difference anaerobic capacity between athletes of football vs sprinter, football vs pencak silat, football vs takraw and takraw vs pencak silat. The different finding appeared between athlete of volleyball vs the other athletes. and between takraw vs sprint. We concluded that the anaerobic capacity of athletes was specific with the type of sports.
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, hospital becomes the main and critical facility in any countries. This has also negatively affected the environment, as the wastewater discharged was also increased. Wastewater treatment plant in the hospital will also be affected as there will be fluctuations in volume and quality of wastewater. Hence there is an urgency to choose the appropriate technology as main solution and to improve existing wastewater treatment plant. We will report the performance of integrated system of activated sludge and constructed wetlands applied in a hospital wastewater treatment plant. Both technologies were chosen because they are simple, cheap, and highly effective technologies for wastewater treatment. Activated sludge was able to reduce organic, ammonia, and phosphat content significantly. However, the quality of effluent was still not able to meet the regulation. Application of constructed wetlands as finishing treatment was able to improve the quality of effluent to meet the standard and resulted in BOD, COD, ammonia, and phosphate of 25 mg/L, 24.18 mg/L, <0.01 mg/L, and 0.46 mg/L, respectively. Hence it can be concluded that the integration of activated sludge and constructed wetlands can be an appropriate and effortless treatment system for low-strength wastewater to meet a strict quality standard.

Flexibility is the effectiveness of a person in adjusting himself to do all the activities of the body with stretching as broad as possible especially the muscles, and ligaments around the joints. Research objectives: 1) Determine the effect of Pilates gymnastics and Zumba gymnastics methods on reducing body fat of Arimbi gymnastics members 2) Knowing the effect of reducing body fat between high flexibility and low flexibility of Arimbi gymnastics members. 3) Determine the effect of the interaction between gymnastic methods and flexibility on reducing body fat of Arimbi gymnastics studio members. The method used in this study was an experimental method with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The population in this study was members of Arimbi gymnastics studios totaling 50 people. Sample consists of 40 people. The study was conducted by the experimental method. Based on the calculated Q count data is greater than Q table (Q count> Q table) at a significant level α = 0.05 so that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis is accepted (H1), that members with high flexibility are trained by the Zumba gymnastics method (= 5.51 and s = 0.11) higher than Pilates Gymnastics (= 5.22 and s = 0.18).
