The researcher aims, through the current study, to clarify the relationship between green human resources management and the extent of its impact on sustainable tourism development in the green parks of the Municipality of Baghdad.The study started with a major problem that included several questions centered on the nature of the influential relationship between the studied variables as well as clarifying the relationship between the variables by analyzing opinions The higher and middle administration responsible for managing the green parks in the city of Baghdad, which reached (16) departments, with (150) questionnaires distributed to them. In order to achieve the goal of the study mentioned above, answer questions and test the validity of the hypotheses. The researcher relied in the study mainly on (the questionnaire), which is the main tool for collecting data and information, in addition to using another method, which is (the personal interview). For a number of managers and their assistants and heads of departments in the surveyed departments, It was the use of descriptive and analytical approach scientific methodology in the current study, and was reached by the study to a set of conclusions was the most prominent, has achieved green human resources management a positive indirect impact on sustainable tourism development in the green parks of the Secretariat of Baghdad.
The researchers aim through the current research through their investigations to verify the relationship and impact of the core capabilities as an independent variable in the development of functional performance as a responsive variable, in the tourism authority of the city of Baghdad, and to try to come up with a set of recommendations that contribute to the promotion of the practice and adoption of the two variables in the body under study, and based on the importance of the subject to the research community and its fundamental impact in their activities and services, has been based on the descriptive analytical approach in the completion of this research, including the research community (from the Director General and his assistants and heads of state). Departments, department heads and people's officials in the Tourism Authority) where the researchers distributed (119) the identification of the research community, and provided them with interviews and field observations as tools to strengthen them. the research adopted the program (Spss V.25, Amos V.25) with the adoption of descriptive and inference statistics methods (linear testing, natural distribution test, emphasis analysis, structural model, computational medium, percentages, The standard deviation, relative importance, the coefficient of variation, the Pearson correlation coefficient, the simple regression coefficient, the track analysis, and the Sobel test) concluded to test its hypotheses, and the study concluded to highlight its conclusions that showed the validity of the hypotheses represented by the direct impact of the intrinsic capabilities in the development of functional performance.
The current research aims to test the relationship between moral leadership as an independent variable in improving job performance in a sample of Baghdad International Airport, as well as diagnosing the level of interest of Baghdad International Airport in research variables and their dimensions, to come up with a set of recommendations that contribute to improving the practice and adoption of these variables And based on the novelty of the variables and their urgent importance for the airport and its staff on the one hand, and society on the other, and in order to serve the objectives of the research, the descriptive exploratory approach was used for that purpose, as the application of the current research included Baghdad International Airport (Iraqi Airways Company, the Iraqi Civil Aviation Authority) and it was The research sample whose opinions about the research variables should be investigated included (200) of (department managers, divisional officials and administrative units), distributed to them exclusively and comprehensively.
