The article reveals issues related to formation of moral self-awareness in the process of psychological counselling. The meaning of the concepts: “consciousness”, “moral”, “moral self-awareness”, “counselling”, “psychology”, “psychological counselling” is clarified. A classification of psychological counselling is presented. A review of literature by domestic and foreign researchers on fostering moral self-awareness in adolescents is made. It is investigated that the American psychologist Hall (1904) first covered the issue of formation of moral self-consciousness in adolescents. It is determined that the functions of moral self-consciousness include self-control, self-perception, self-approval, self-understanding, self-improvement. It is found that scientists distinguish 2 types of self-awareness: subjective and objective. It is emphasized that self-awareness is the ability to clearly and realistically evaluate one’s behavior. The moral self-consciousness of adolescents with high, medium and low levels of self-esteem is considered. In addition, emphasis is placed on the fact that moral traits are the factors that shape a person. It has been found that moral self-awareness is based on the following factors: cognitive, emotional and behavioral. It is noted that the ability to communicate plays an important role in formation of moral self-awareness. The signs that prompt a teenager think about visiting a psychologist have been identified. It is proved that knowledge about one’s strengths in moral self-awareness helps adolescents to form their own moral well-being. It is found that conducting simulation games by a psychologist during a group training allows a specialist to determine the level of moral self-awareness of an adolescent, as well as to form strong moral virtues. It is proved that a game helps to conduct an effective psychological counselling, because a child feels comfortable, relaxed, openly shares thoughts and feelings. A remote form of psychological counseling is considered. It is emphasized that a psychologist works with a teenager, as well as with his/her parents. It was found that psychological counseling comprises a diagnostic and a therapeutic part.
Consideration of professional safety as a functional component of professional activity includes analysis of categorical methodological grounding of this concept in psychological work in the context of ergonomic provision of effective professional activity by a complex of external worker’s and individual worker’s protection, where special attention is paid to dangerous professions. First of all, took into account the need of accidents causes at work; determining the optimal workload in professional activities; identification of human reserve capabilities and ergonomic optimization of interaction processes with the production environment. The general, differentiated indicators of susceptibility to danger are specified; the preconditions for the formation of psychological security are determined; the factors of erroneous actions’ occurrence at performance of professional activity are allocated; the psychological provision of labor safety through a system of organizational measures is outlined. Historical digression in the application of a systematic approach to the analysis of professional activity, as well as general psychological provisions of the concept of systemogenesis of professional activity, the concept of structural and functional organization of self-regulation, the concept of maladaptive activity (risk readiness) and the concept of product ergonomics, personality in assessing the quality of human life. Elaboration on the definition of the work psychological signs and its gradations and development of receptions of professional self-preservation of the person is presented.
In the article, a theoretical analysis of the study of crisis states and the methodological foundations of crisis psychotherapy, taking into account foreign and domestic experience, is carried out. Based on the results of empirical studies, modern foreign and domestic researchers have established that crisis conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic are accompanied by suicidal reactions, depression, neurotic conditions with post-traumatic stress disorders, exacerbation of psychosomatic diseases, psychopathological disorders.Psychological approaches in psychotherapy together with crisis psycho-psychotherapeutic interventions for working with acute crisis states and crisis psychotherapy of clients in the post-quarantine period are considered.The concepts of a crisis state, the features of the influence of "covid" psychotrauma on the mental and psychological health of a person, and the provision of psychological assistance in crisis situations during the COVID-19 pandemic are described in detail. It is noted that in working with crisis conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic, modern foreign and Ukrainian specialists prefer cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy.At the theoretical and methodological level, it has been proved that psychotherapy of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is close to crisis psychotherapy and is aimed at reintegration of mental activity disturbed by the "conductive" psychotrauma and restoration of psychological adaptation to a certain extent.The psychotherapeutic model of psychological crisis intervention in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic is based on a biopsychosocial approach and requires a comprehensive and integrated use of crisis psychotherapy methods with the integration of neuropsychotic methods and Internet technologies into the entire therapy process.
The article provides a theoretical and methodological analysis of the neuropsychological and personality development of adolescents with depressive disorders. The equal role of biological and psychological factors in the development of adolescent depression is emphasized. The neuropsychological symptom complex of depressive disorders in adolescence is considered. The emotional and motivational features of personal development in the context of adolescent neurodevelopment are analyzed. We have noted strong mutual influences of neuropsychological and personal development of an adolescent; neurohormonal mechanisms of child behavior; connection of neuropsychological mechanisms of depressive disorders of psychogenic origin and character accentuations of asthenic, hypotensive, hysteroid type; propensity of teenagers to reactive depression with sensitive and labile character accentuations.To effectively prevent suicides, neuropsychocorrection of mental states in adolescents and implementation of a sociopsychological program for their personal development, and timely diagnosis of symptoms of depression and psychotherapeutic intervention have been proposed. A program for the development of emotional self-regulation in adolescents with depressive disorders and neuropsychological correction of their depressive states has been developed. A preventive and psycho-corrective program for expanding internal resources, reducing the risk of suicidal tendencies and overcoming depressive disorders in an adolescent, taking into account neuropsychological and personal developmental features of adolescence, has been proposed.
The article presents a theoretical and methodological analysis of the study of self-sufficiency as a factor in the development of psychological self-regulation of the personality. It is proposed to define self-sufficiency as a complex personal formation, personality-regulatory property that has an effective system of influence on the activation of psychological self-regulation of the personality in ensuring subjective function in activities. The self-sufficiency of the personality as a psychological condition for the development of their psychological self-regulation in the context of practical psychology is considered. Self-sufficiency can be considered as a factor in the development of the system of psychological self-regulation of the personality and as a regulatory-personal property in the manifestations of self-sufficient character traits and conscious human activity. Neurobiological mechanisms of self-sufficiency and self-regulation have been considered. Under psychological self-regulation we can understand the process of development of self-sufficiency of the personality as the regulation of their activity in personal growth from “real self” to “ideal self”. Self-sufficiency as a personal potential of psychological self-regulation can have a developmental effect in the following coping strategies: self-help; cooperation; personal and professional growth; autonomy; self-acceptance. In case of deformation and imbalance of the self-regulation system, neuro-psychocorrection is offered. Socio-psychological trainings have been proposed for the development of personal growth and development of self-sufficiency as a personal potential of effective psychological self-regulation.
