Confidence is a person's belief in the ability possessed to present well in front of others. While asking is one of the elements in learning, and indicates an interaction between individuals.This research is limited to the problem of increasing student confidence in asking questions in class by using group guidance services and using modeling techniques given to class VIII A students at SMP Negeri 17 Kota Jambi. The modeling technique is one of the TT techniques by presenting a pilot to the client about how to do something or how something happens. By seeing, observing or observing other people who can bring a client's understanding and can change a behavior.The type of this research was service follow-up research (PTL). The subjects in this study were 6 students in class VIII A, SMP Negeri 17 Jambi City with the initials, SPR, AZA, WUL, KNA, RRJ and AAL. This research was conducted in 3 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementing, evaluating, reflecting. To see the results of the cycle he did by collecting observation data, interviews, questionnaires.The results showed that modeling techniques can increase students' confidence in asking questions in class. Of the three cycles carried out, the third cycle had the best results, namely the confidence in asking questions in class reached 92% with the accuracy of implementing the techniques carried out by researchers based on the results of questionnaires that had been carried out by researchers for each cycle that had been carried out. Obtain the results of the first cycle with an overall percentage of 12%, while the second cycle with a percentage of 69%. The results of this study are expected to help Guidance and Counseling Teachers to develop knowledge in increasing students' confidence in asking questions in class.
Parents support has a great psychological influence on child learning activities. With the support of parents, children will be more active and more excited in learning because he knows that not herself alone to want to move forward, but their parents are so. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of learning support by parents to students at home. The atmosphere of the house is less supportive in learning, students do not have their own space to learn, parents are not always ready to help students experience difficulty in learning. The research used in this research is quantitative research with survey method. The population in this study is the class of VII CSTP N 1 city Jambi which amounted to 118 students and consisted of 5 classes. Correlational analysis of data shows that there is a significant positive relationship between learning support by parents to the interest of learning students of class VII SMP Negeri 1 Jambi city. Based on the processing of data supporting learning by parents contribute to student learning interest. The amount of contribution (donations) variable x (support by parent) to the variable y (student learning interest). This shows that in addition to the support of learning by parents, there are other factors that affect student learning interest. Capital of learning support by parents are fairly positive with the interest of learning students of class VII SMP Negeri 1 Jambi city is strong enough. The picture of the quality of study of students of class VII SMP1 Jambi City is a correlation coefficient of 0.474 greater than Rapable 0.226. Variable X donations (learning support by parents) to Y (VIDEO study students) are 22.46% and the level of correlation included in the moderate or strong enough category.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat hubungan antara self efficacy dengan kemantapan pengambilan keputusan studi lanjut siswa kelas XII SMA PGRI 2 Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode korelasional, analisis statistic yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi brivariat yang dilakuaan dengan bantuan SPSS 24 dan menggunakan rumus uji korelasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMA PGRI 2 Kota jambi yang berjumlah 78 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menerangkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara self efficacy dengan kemantapan pengambilan keputusan studi lanjut, hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil analisis dimana r hitung sebesar 0.633 dengan r tabel sebesar 0,2227 pada tingkat signifikansi (α) 0,05 (0,633 > 0,2227) dengan demikian maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang memadai antara self efficacy dengan kemantapan pengambilan keputusan studi lanjut siswa kelas XII SMA PGRI 2 Kota Jambi.
Guru BK hendaknya memahami perbedaan budaya antara dirinya dan konseli untuk memudahkan proses self-disclosure dalam konseling individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan memaparkan hasil uji empirik mengenai perbedaan self-disclosure konseli dalam konseling individu ditinjau dari jenis kelamin & budaya guru BK/Konselor. Jenis penelitian yaitu kuantitatif dengan desain komparatif. Populasi sebanyak 765 siswa, penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 224 siswa yang pernah mengikuti konseling individu. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen Self-Disclosure dalam Konseling Individu (SSKI). Analisis data meliputi uji persyaratan analisis, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan Anova dua jalur. Penelitian menghasilkan perbedaan nilai rata-rata budaya Melayu perempuan 82,075 laki-laki 75,800; budaya Batak perempuan 82,067 laki-laki 86,500; dan pada budaya Jawa perempuan 87,487 laki-laki 83,086. Kesimpulannya, konseli cenderung lebih terbuka pada guru BK berjenis kelamin perempuan dengan budaya Jawa dan Melayu Jambi. Berbeda dengan Batak, konseli cenderung lebih terbuka pada guru BK laki-laki.
Social media is a network that is very easy to access as a means of surfing in cyberspace, especially the social media tiktok. There are lots of benefits that can be taken by users who use this application, for example, is interacting with friends. This study aims to reveal the effect of the level of use of social media tiktok on the level of social interaction of class VII students at SMP Negeri 17 Jambi City. This type of research is quantitative with ex post facto method. The technique used in collecting data is by using a questionnaire, and to determine the accuracy of the instrument validity and reliability tests are carried out. Then the data analysis technique used was formula C, normality test, linearity test, and simple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 24 program. The technique used in sampling was purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 79 students from 239 students. . The results of the study show that the effect of using social media tiktok on the level of social interaction of class VII students at SMP Negeri 17 Jambi City is at a percentage of 11.2% or 0.112 with a low but definite classification. The level of social media use by students is 63.89% which is included in the high category. While the level of social interaction of students of 64.57% is included in the high category.
