Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan kualitas sekolah melalui manajemen peserta didik karena dalam dunia pendidikan peserta didik menjadi bahan baku utama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR). SLR merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi, menilai, dan menginterpretasi temuan-temuan sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa setiap sekolah menerapkan manajemen peserta didik dimulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pembinaan dan pengembangan, evaluasi, dan pengorganisasi alumni. Penerapan tersebut akan berdampak pada meningkatnya kualitas sekolah dari aspek prestasi akademik maupun non akademik. Dalam implementasi tersebut, ada beberapa faktor pendukung di antaranya tenaga pendidik yang profesional dan adanya kerjasama antara pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, dan orang tua. Juga terdapat faktor penghambat di antaranya rendahnya kualitas guru dan sarana prasarana.
The study aims to obtain information concerning the effect of locus of control and intrinsic motivation on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of Public High School teacher in district Bekasi City. The research with the quantitative approach used a survey method and data analysis with Path Analysis techniques. The data collection process is done by using the questionnaire as an instrument. There are 192 samples from 370 population was selected as the unit analysis which is determined by proportional simple random sampling techniques. Research result : First, there is a positive direct effect of locus of control on OCB with a correlation coefficient of 0.346 and a path coefficient of 0.268. This gives the meaning of an increase in the locus of control of state high school teachers in the city of Bekasi to be followed by an increase in its OCB. Second, there is a positive direct effect of intrinsic motivation on OCB with a correlation coefficient of 0.314 and a path coefficient of 0.218. This gives the meaning of increasing the intrinsic motivation of teachers of Public High Schools in Bekasi City to be followed by an increase in OCB. Third, there is a positive direct effect of locus of control on intrinsic motivation with a correlation coefficient of 0.359 and a path coefficient of 0.359. This gives the meaning of the increase in the locus of control of public high school teachers in Bekasi City, followed by an increase in intrinsic motivation. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Locus of Control dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) guru SMA Negeri di Kota Bekasi. Penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode survey dan analisa data dilakukan dengan teknik analisa jalur (Path Analysis). Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai intrumen. Terdapat 192 sampel dari 370 populasi dipilih sebagai unit analisis yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik proporsional acak sederhana (propotional simpel random sampling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : Pertama, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif locus of control terhadap OCB dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,346 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,268. Ini memberikan makna peningkatan locus of control guru SMA Negeri di Kota Bekasi akan dikuti oleh peningkatan OCB-nya. Kedua, Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif motivasi intrinsik terhadap OCB dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,314 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,218. Ini memberikan makna peningkatan motivasi intrinsik guru SMA Negeri di Kota Bekasi akan dikuti oleh peningkatan OCB-nya. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif locus of control terhadap motivasi intrinsik dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,359 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,359. Ini memberikan makna meningkatnya locus of control guru SMA Negeri di Kota Bekasi akan dikuti oleh peningkatan motivasi intrinsik-nya. The objective of this research was to determine the effect of supportive leadership, learning culture, and responsibility to job job performance of teacher’s in South Tangerang. The research was conducted by using a survey method with path analysis applied on testing hypothesis. The target population size of this research is 454 of teachers. Research samples selected as much as 213 teachers using simple random sampling technique. Based on this research of data obtained the following conclusions: (1) the supportive leadership has positive direct effect to job job performance, (2) the learning culture as positive direct effect to job job performance, (3) responsibility has positive direct effect to job job performance, (4) the supportive leadership has positive direct effect to responsibility,(5) learning culture have positive direct effect to responsibility, (6) the supportive leadership has positive direct effect to learning culture. The conclusion is that the teacher’s job job performance is effected by the supportive leadership, learning culture, and teacher’s responsibility.
Universities and education now require quality assurance to ensure the quality of education. The implementation of a quality assurance system that already underway requires an internal audit process to ensure the quality process continues. Internal audit has an important role in management. Internal quality assurance is carried out through a cycle of establishing, implementing, evaluating, controlling, and increasing the standards of higher education. "Internal quality audits are part of the cycle of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI). A quality audit is not an assessment/assessment but rather a matching between the implementation and planning of an activity/program."
The purpose of this research is to evaluate the implementation of basic literacy educational program in Bogor regency. This research used discrepancy evaluation model which includes four aspects: (1) design, (2) installation, (3) process, and (4) product. The data werecollected through interview, observation, and documentation. The interviewwas conducted to the chief of development division for non-formal education, implementing officer of curriculum and assessment for nonformal education, head of curriculum and assessmentsection for non-formal education, head of community learning center, tutors and illiterate learners. The data wereanalyzed qualitatively, displayed in narrative text, reducing data, and drawing conclusion. The results showed that all aspects of basic literacy educationprogram were less appropriate than the standard evaluation. Thus,the collaboration among the government, local government, and society are needed to support the development of basic literacy education program next year, in order to bring Indonesia to lifelong literacy.
