Moderasi beragama merupakan tema utama yang diangkat oleh Kementerian Agama sebagai upaya Kementerian Agama menetralisir berbagai geliat Gerakan ekstrimisme, intoleransi dan radikalisme. Kebaruan kegiatan pengabdian ini karena memberikan moderasi beragama dalam pendidikan inklusif gereja.  Untuk itu para praktisi di Kementerian Agama mendapat mandat untuk menggemakan Moderasi Beragama ini dalam berbagai kegiatan pelatihan, penelitian dan Pendidikan. IAKN Palangka Raya sebagai salah satu institusi dalam Kementerian Agama juga bergerak dari prinsip ini termasuk dalam kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat. Pada tahun ini kegiatan dilakukan di Kawasan Kementerian Agama kabupaten Barito Timur. Pendekatan yang dilakukan menggunakan metode ABCD  merupakan sebuah cara dalam menetralkan pendekatan problem-based atau pendekatan penelitian yang berbasis pada masalah dalam perkembangan komunitas  dengan memaksimalkan potensi yang ada dalam masyarakat dengan anggapan bahwa pada wilayah ini telah ada potensi besar untuk dikembangkan sehingga TIM Pascasarjana IAKN selaku pemegang mandat PKM dari LP2M IAKN Palangka Raya berperan sebagai pendampingan bagi guru-guru agama Kristen, para rohaniawan Kristen, jemaat lokal dan para pelajar Kristen untuk menegakkan semangat moderasi beragama di lingkungan Kementerian Agama kabupaten Barito Timur. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan selama lima bulan dengan tiga kali kunjungan termasuk kunjungan survey, FGD dan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat itu sendiri. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh lebih dari 100 peserta dari kalangan guru-guru PAK, rohaniawan Kristen, para orang tua dan para remaja Kristen. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan MOU dengan GKE Resort Tamiang Layang, Sertifikat PKM, Laporan PKM dan Artikel PKM. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama tiga hari berturut-turut dan mendapat sambutan baik dari masyarakat dan kedepannya, akan dilaksanakan berbagai program aktual pengembangan moderasi di lingkungan IAKN Palangka Raya dan Bimas Kristen Kementerian Agama kabupatn Barito Timur.Kata Kunci: Moderasi Beragama; Barito Timur; Tamiang Layang; Pendidikan Inklusif, ABCD.AbstractReligious moderation is the central theme raised by the Ministry of Religious Affairs as an effort by the Ministry of Religious Affairs to neutralize various movements of extremism, intolerance, and radicalism. The novelty of this holy activity is that it provides religious moderation in the inclusive education of the church. For this reason, practitioners in the Ministry of Religious Affairs are mandated to echo this Religious moderation in various training, research, and education activities. IAKN Palangka Raya, as one of the institutions in the Ministry of Religion, also moves from this principle, including in Community Service activities. This year the activity was carried out in the Ministry of Religious Affairs Area of East Barito district. The approach taken using the ABCD method is a way to neutralize a problem-based approach or a problem-based research approach in community development by maximizing the potential that exists in the community with the assumption that in this area, there is great potential to be developed so that the IAKN Postgraduate TEAM as the holder of the PKM mandate from LP2M IAKN Palangka Raya acts as a mentoring for Christian teachers,  Christian clergy, local congregations, and Christian students to uphold the spirit of religious moderation within the Ministry of Religious Affairs of East Barito district. This community service activity was carried out for five months with three visits, including survey visits, FGDs, and community service activities themselves. The event was attended by more than 100 participants from PAK teachers, Christian clergy, parents, and Christian youth. This activity resulted in an MOU with GKE Resort Tamiang Layang, PKM Certificate, PKM Report, and PKM Article. This activity was carried out for three consecutive days and received a good response from the community, and in the future, various actual programs for the development of moderation will be carried out within IAKN Palangka Raya and Bimas Kristen Ministry of Religion Kabupaten Barito Timur.Keywords: Religious Moderation; Barito East; Tamiang Layang; Inclusive Education, ABCD.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, dengan menggunakan metode dokumentasi.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas butir soal ujian penilaian akhir semester genap bidang studi fisika di kelas XI MIPA 1  SMA Negeri 1 Kepahiang Tahun Pelajaran 2019- 2020.  Variabel yang diukur pada penelitian ini adalah validitas isi, validitas butir soal, reliabilitas, daya beda, tingkat kesukaran, serta efektifitas pengecoh / distraktor untuk melihat frekwensi jawaban dari alternatif yang disediakan.   Berdasarkan kompetensi dasar pengetahuan 3.7 sampai 3,12, 20 butir soal ujian akhir semester genap semuanya valid dari segi isi.  Dari segi butir soal terdapat 9 butir soal yang valid dan 11 butir soal yang tidak valid.  Berdasarkan hasil analisis reliabilitas tes (dari 9 butir soal) adalah 0,225 termasuk kategori sangat kurang, analisis daya beda dan tingkat kesukaran terdapat 3 butir soal yang tidak layak dan 6 butir soal yang layak.  Hasil penghitungan pengecoh dan rekomendasi terdapat pilihan jawaban butir soal yang harus direvisi atau tidak tidak revisi.

Objective: The aims of this research are to evaluate the expression and distribution of NFATc1 in tumor microenvironment of Hodgkin lymphoma. Methods: Twenty-eight cases of Hodgkin lymphoma were selected. Clinicopathological data of age, gender, location and subtypes were obtained. Immunohistochemistry was performed to the all cases by using anti-CD163, anti-NFATc1 and anti-PD-L1 antibodies. All protein expression was calculated by using Image J software. Results: Nuclear expression of NFATc1 was not observed in Hodgkin cells neither in TAM nor in small lymphocytes surrounding Hodgkin cells in all the samples, this meant that NFATc1 showed negative nuclear expression in almost all these cells. Cytoplasmic expression of NFATc1 was observed in small lymphocytes surrounding tumor cells. While there were only few small lymphocytes which were located far from tumor cells showed nuclear expression of NFATc1. Meanwhile, 57.14% samples showed high density of TAMs CD163+, and 50% tumor cells as well as 50% TAMs exhibited positive PD-L1 expression. In addition, all macrophages did not have NFATc1 expression both in their nuclei and in their cytoplasm. Conclusion: NFATc1 was suppressed both in Hodgkin cells and inflammatory cells surrounding the tumor cells. This condition may contribute to progressivity and aggressiveness of the diseases. Therefore, certain mechanisms to reactivate functional NFATc1 in HL tumor microenvironment may be necessary; hence, the tumor cells are able to be eradicated by patient's immune mechanisms.

The main objective of this study is to identify the factors that have the greatest impact on the overall quality of education received by students. Interest in learning and the availability of educational facilities are two characteristics that are considered to affect the results. Multiple Linear Regression was used to understand this finding. Information was collected using questionnaires and test results, and then given to students, with 26 of them representing the entire population of grade 10 SMK Al-Falah. The findings collected include the fact that 1) there is an influence of interest in learning on learning achievement / learning outcomes 2) Learning facilities do not have a substantial impact on the results of the learning process. 3) The level of interest in learning and the facilities available for learning both have a major influence on the results of the learning process. The most significant component in improving basic computer and network learning outcomes is maintaining interest in the material being studied.  

Almost all Anatomic Pathology laboratories have experienced that tissue patient who comes to these laboratories without adequate fixation and causes complicated patient diagnosis. In addition, adequate fixation also makes advanced procedures such as immunohistochemical staining or DNA and RNA extraction difficult because protein, DNA, and RNA become damaged due to inadequate fixation. The fixation procedure should be the responsibility of the clinicians, specifically surgeons and team. If this procedure is not carried out appropriately resulting in damage to the tissue due to the natural process, namely autolysis, which the fixation procedure can prevent. This autolysis will damage the tissue. The laboratory process results are not optimal, complicating the evaluation of patient tissues, resulting in difficulty and delay of diagnosis. If further examination is needed, such as immunohistochemistry and other molecular examinations related to the extraction of DNA or RNA, the examination results will also be not optimal. Moreover, patient therapy becomes delayed or difficult. For this reason, we conducted extension activities for health workers, some of whom may be involved in a team of surgeons. Knowledge of pre-analytic procedures can improve the quality of pre-analytical handling, which will improve the quality of tissue andcytology specimens; hence, a precise and optimal diagnosis can be obtained. This will help the clinicians in determining the patient's therapy. Therefore, morbidity and mortality rates of patients can be reduced.
