Normatively children forbidden to work. To guarantee the protection of working children has been out various laws, which exist principles prohibit children to work, and when forced to work, then the normative such children should obtain legal protection enough guarantee, and the effort was one of them is done through provisions of Article 69 paragraph (2) Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. The implementation of legal safeguards against children working in the practice of having many barriers, including economic factors that would be a driver of why kids should be working, cultural factors, factors community participation, and lack of coordination and cooperation, government aparatur limitations personnel assigned to conduct surveillance, and other factors directly or indirectly, so until now the phenomenon of children working in the informal sector is almost always can be found all over Indonesia, both in big cities and in rural areas. Pemberian remisi terhadap narapidana korupsi terdapat suatu pengetatan untuk mendapatkan remisi. Dengan adanya pengetatan pemberian remisi bagi narapidana koruptor masih saja terdapat pro dan kontra. Untuk itu penulis menganalisis syarat pemberian remisi terhadap koruptor apakah bertentangan atau tidak bertentangan dengan pengaturan pemberian remisi pada Undang-undang tentang Pemasyarakatan serta kesesuaian dengan teori tujuan pemidanaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif. Syarat pengetatan pemberian remisi koruptor apabila tetap dipertahankan dan tidak mengubah aturan dari Undang - undang tentang Pemasyarakatan, maka dikatakan telah bertentangan dengan Undang - undang tentang Pemasyarakatan. Terkait dengan pemberian remisi bagi narapidana pelaku tindak pidana korupsi jika ditinjau dari teori tujuan pemidanaan terdapat dua pemikiran dalam hal itu. Kesimpulan dilihat dari sudut hierarki peraturan perundang-undangan maka pengaturan syarat pemberian remisi koruptor dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 99 Tahun 2012 bertentangan dengan Pasal 5 Undang – undang tentang Pemasyarakatan.
ABSTRAKSelain dengan perkembangan tindak pidana saat ini, maka perlu perkembangan sistem peradilan pidana (SPP) dengan melibatkan komponen penting lain dalam sistem peradilan pidana, yaitu komponen yang melaksanakan fungsi perlindungan terhadap saksi dan/atau korban tindak pidana. Maka sistem peradilan pidana tidak lagi hanya beroriental kepada tersangka / terdakwa melainkan juga berorintasi kepada saksi dan korban tindak pidana.Lembaga Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban (LPSK) dibentuk untuk mengimplementasikan UU Nomor 13 Tahun 2006 sebagaimana diubah dengan UU Nomor 31 Tahun 2014 tentang Perubahan atas UU Nomor 13 Tahun 2006 tentang Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban, yang ditujukan untuk memastikan terakomodasinya hak-hak saksi dan korban dalam proses peradilan pidana .Namun sebagai lembaga yang masih terbilang baru ada beberapa kendala yang dirasakan LPSK baik dari segi kelembagaan maupun undang-undang yang mengaturnya sehingga menghambat dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsinya. Kata Kunci : Eksistensi LPSK, Sistem Peradilan Pidana, Undang-undang Nomor 31 Tahun 2014, Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban. So the criminal justice system is no longer only oriented to the suspect / defendant, but is also oriented towards witnesses and victims of criminal acts.The Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) was formed to implement Law Number 13 of 2006 as amended by Law Number 31 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 13 of 2006 concerning Protection of Witnesses and Victims, aimed at ensuring accommodation of witnesses and victims' rights in criminal justice process.However, as an institution that is still relatively new, there are some obstacles perceived by the LPSK both in terms of institutions and laws that regulate it so that it impedes the implementation of its duties and functions.
