Pengolahan sampah rumah tangga seperti barang elektronik, lemari, kasur, dll, di Jakarta saat ini terbilang belum mendapat perhatian lebih dari pemerintah daerah. Karena masih banyak warga Jakarta yang membuang sampah rumah tangga ke perairan sungai yang mengakibatkan banjir setiap musim hujan datang. Dengan situasi tersebut, penulis bermaksud memberikan sarana informasi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada saat ini kepada warga Jakarta untuk pembuangan sampah rumah tangga tersebut menjadi lebih teratur dan tercipta lingkungan yang asri. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam mengelola pembuangan sampah rumah tangga bervolume besar agar lingkungan sekitar tidak terganggu. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi pengelolaan pembuangan sampah rumah tangga sebagai sarana penunjang informasi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi mobile saat ini.
PT PERSADA is one of the companies engaged in the field of labor management. Partner satisfaction is the most important thing for PT PERSADA; therefore in providing maximum service to partners PT. PERSADA, it requires a workforce that can serve the needs of companies with qualifications that can provide maximum benefits and low costs for the company. This can be seen and calculated from the criteria given by the company for the selection process of the prospective employees and of course different in each function of the job required. In supporting PT PERSADA to make decisions on the acceptance of these corporate employees, we propose an evaluation mechanism using the interpolation method. The interpolation method that we use is to convert the criteria value, then give the value of the numeric format after being compared with the minimum requirements of the position. After that we calculated the rating of each criterion per alternative (per candidate) and gave a rating recommendation based on the results of the candidate rating. The final result we got from the assessment mechanism was to get recommendations from prospective corporate employees with high benefits and low costs for the company.
In an effort to increase the number of members who join in the shade of cooperative employees, UMB cooperative intends to improve services for savings and loan products. However these products have a very long service life span and a large queue. Before the loan is approved there is file verification on the member application first.Data collection and recording of loans and loan repayments are still carried out simply by handwriting method. This causes vulnerability to human error and uncontrolled documents. Therefore, we designed an information system for loan applications for members to resolve these problems. To support the efforts of employee cooperatives to make it easy to apply for loans, this design is made on a web and object oriented basis.This system will make it easier for members to apply for loans from anywhere and at any time, providing flexibility for members to know the status of the loan proposed and the return of the debt that has been paid. In addition, from the perspective of UMB employee cooperatives, the benefits received are convenience and speed in terms of file verification and the administration of loan lending. In addition, in making reports, it is also a major feature of the system that we designed. In producing approved loan recommendations we use a variety of SAW methods. The results of the calculation of this recommendation feature will be the basis for faster file verification services.
In the field of services, customer satisfaction is a very important factor and determine the success of an enterprise. In the field of outsourcing, customer satisfaction indicator is the labor required delivery in a timely manner and has a level of quality in accordance with the terms proposed by the customer. To provide the best talent to customers, team recruitment and selection must perform a series of tests with a variety of methods to match the criteria of office given by the user with the criteria owned candidates and in order to support growth in graduation rates force a partner at the stage of user approval. For this purpose, the authors conducted a study with the method of observation, interviews, document reviews the candidate recruitment process, so as to provide recommendations for candidates with the highest quality delivery to the user at the stage of approval. The author put forward a model of decision support that is supported by the method of profile matching and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in problem solving. The final results of this study can be used to support a decision in order to improve the effectiveness of the delivery of quality candidates, increase customer satisfaction, lower costs and improve gross operational margin of the company.
Human resources within the company is the most important thing because in managing a company requires competent, creative and innovative human resources. This research was made based on observations from several companies that discuss problems and complaints from employees about human resources in the company. The human resource standard reference application is created using the TOGAF Framework which can help in designing human resource standard references because within the TOGAF framework there are several stages in building a corporate Enterprise architecture. The human resource standard reference application is also supported by UML design method. With these two methods, the human resource standard reference application can become an application for monitoring all data and reports on human resources transparently without having to bother and come directly to the office and in managing information applications of the human resource standard reference using SMS support technology.
