There has been a lot of competence arranged professionalism counselor with the purpose to establish the existence of a counselor. However, it should be understood that the competence of counselor professionalism in its application is influenced by various things such as the personality of the counselor, the values and the belief norms held by the counselor in carrying out the counseling process.Each of the scopes has its own color in its application, however it must be admitted that the professional competence of the counselor in practice despite having a fixed standard but if everyonecounselor applies is still unique. Especially for counselors with counseling approach of Islam the principle application of professional competence of counselor based on source of Al Qur'an. The purpose of this article is to examine the discourse of applying professional counselor competence with insightful surah Al Ashr. PendahuluanProfesionalisme senantiasa terkait dengan kompetensi profesionalisme keilmuan tersebut, merujuk pada pandangan Epstein & Hundert (Cornish et. al, 2010: 5), menyebut kompetensi profesionalisme sebagai kebiasaan dan kemampuan kebijaksanaan penggunaan komunikasi, pengetahuan, keterampilan teknis, penalaran klinis,emosi, nilai-nilaidan refleksi dalam praktek untuk kepentingan individu danmasyarakat yang dilayani.Dasar profesionalisme sebagaimana dimaksud selaras dengan pandangan bimbingan dan konseling sebagai satu bentuk profesionalisme keilmuan. Bimbingan dan konseling dianggap memiliki wawasan profesionalisme kerja karena mengandung syarat keprofesionalismean yang diistilahkan oleh Prayitno (2009: 19-21) sebagai "trilogi profesi konselor." di dalamnya terintegrasikan tiga komponen menjadi satu, yaitu sebagai berikut:1. Dasar keilmuan profesi konseling dimaksudkan sebagai basis keintelektualan profesi dalam bidang keilmuannya, yang selanjutnya menjadi landasan dalam pengembangan/pengolahan substansi profesi, maka dasar keilmuan wawasan konseling adalah ilmu pendidikan. 2. Substansi profesi konselor terliput di dalamnya objek praktis spesifik dan kompetensi profesi, di dalam komponen substansi profesi, dalam wawasan konseling mengandung muatan kondisi peserta didik dan proses pembelajaran melalui modus pelayanan konseling. 3. Praktik profesi konseling merupakan wujud karyaguna pemegang profesi yang sepenuhnya terlaksana dalam suasana motivasi dan aplikasi melalui proses pembelajaran melalui modus pelayanan konseling.Pengembangan kompetensi profesionalismekonselor di Indonesia dilatarbelakangi oleh kerancuan ekspektasi kinerja konselor dengan kinerja guru yang mengampu layanan profesionalismesetting pendidikan (Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, 2007).Pada prosesnya kinerja pemberian layanan konseling dianggap sama dengan proses pembelajaran padahal keduanya merupakan dua hal yang jelas
Online learning has been optimized all over the world during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, in Indonesia, this mode of learning brings several problems; mainly, limited internet access causing academic stress. This study was intended to analyze the impact of academic stress due to limited internet access in remote rural areas. The research applies a quantitative approach with purposive random sampling tested on 685 samples using Kendall's Tau-b test. The study results indicated the relationship between academic stress and the range of domiciles on internet access during the pandemic. The relationship between the academic stress variable and the range of residence to internet access during the pandemic is solid. Also, the level of academic stress experienced by students is relatively high based on the range of domicile for internet access during the pandemic. Thus, the lecturers must adopt the teaching methodology when teaching online platforms.
Pada masa pandemic covid-19 saat ini merupakan tantangan bagi seorang pendidik dalam melaksanakan tugas dan peranannya. Guru mengalami berbagai tantangan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan secara menyeluruh bagaimana tantangan guru pada masa pandemic Covid-19. Metode deskriptif-analitis dan kajian studi literatur digunakan dalam Menyusun artikel ini. Adapun hasil pembahasan memaparkan bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh atau dalam jaringan harus diterapkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran tanpa mengurangi esensi pembelajar itu sendiri guna tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Guru memiliki tugas tersendiri yaitu sebagai pengajar, pendidik dan pemimpin bagi siswanya. Adapun tantangan yang harus dihadapi guru dimasa pandemik covid-19 ini diantaranya yaitu minimnya kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan media digital, kurangnya fasilitas berbasis teknologi yang disediakan sekolah atau universitas, sulitnya menciptakan materi pembelajaran dalam bentuk digital, akses internet yang sulit dijangkau, serta motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran ini tidak begitu tinggi. Keseluruhan tantangan tersebut menyisakan permasalahan dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh. Dengan demikian, guna memberikan masukan konkret terhadap permasalahan tersebut diperlukan literasi teknologi bagi guru. Ragam pelatihan dirasa mampu untuk menjembatani sehingga guru mampu mengadopsi dan mengaplikasikannya dalam pembelajaran
The development of the technological era 4.0 which has an impact on the erosion of individual awareness of the social environment is characterized by low prosocial behavior. Alternative solutions offered to improve prosocial behavior through the use of modeling techniques, by using this technique the goal achieved is to improve the ability of prosocial behavior in high school students. This study took place in SMAN 9 Banjarmasin, based on the distribution of questionnaires obtained by 6 students who have low prosocial behavior. Based on the results of the investigation statistically, the results show the value of z = -2.201 while for the value of ztab = -0.0139, which means zhit>ztab so that Ha is accepted and at the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.028
Character education awakens the realm of values and norms of students. Environmental care is one of the 18 character values in the Indonesian Ministry of Education and National (2010) character education design. This article aims to examine the character of caring for the environment to mitigate flood disasters. Qualitative approach with descriptive method is used to describe research problems. Miles and Huberman's interactive model reduced interview data, presented descriptive narratives, and document research results. Triangulation techniques and research extension resulted in data saturation. The results of the study describe that related to the environmental care behavior of the community in Pengaron Village, it is described as follows; 1) The attitude of the community towards flood prevention is to do cooperation every week by coordinating through village officials, 2) Knowledge about flooding is passed down from generation to generation to children. This information includes the fact that floods always occur every year, so people must always be alert; 3) Environmental care behavior includes the obligation to have swimming skills, construct houses on stilts and or two floors, and plant trees that have characteristics sensitive to weather changes. Society inherits the character of caring for the environment as the primary value in everyday life. The character of caring for the environment contributes to educating the importance of preserving and coexisting with the environment.
