Purpose: The aim of this research paper is to show that Final examination pressure causes anxiety in all students, including students of a private middle school in Yogyakarta. The anxiety of students facing the final examinations is directly related to self-efficacy and peer support. Methodology: This study uses scales to determine anxiety levels preceding final exams, self-efficacy levels, and peer support levels. These scales will be filled in with data given by 9th grade students of LI Private Junior High. The research subjects consisted of 234 9th grade students enrolled in one of Yogyakarta’s private middle schools. Results: Based on the results, this research shows that Self-efficacy and peer support both combined have a significant relation to the anxiety preceding final exams faced by 9th grade students of ‘LI’ private middle school in Yogyakarta with F = 10,644 and a significance level of 0,000 (p<0,01). Implications: Therefore, peer support has an effect on anxiety only when applied in tandem with self-efficacy.
This reseach aims to determine the relationship between thanksgiving and happiness in honorary teachers. The research method is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques used scale of gratitude and scale of happiness. The subjects of this research were 105 teachers of the State Elementary School in Masbagik sub-district, East Lombok district. The analysis technique used is Product Moment Correation analysis by using SPSS 23.00 For Windows. The result of data analysis showed that the coefficient of correlation was R = 0.690 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.01). This research indicated that the contribution which is given by gratitude to happiness is 47,6 %, it means the relationship between the variables of gratitude and happiness for honorary is very significant.

Sebagai masyarakat komunal yang mempunyai nilai-nilai yang mendukung pengembangan budaya, konflik berdarah antar kelompok yang bernuansa kesukuan dan agama acap terjadi dan menimbulkan korban yang tidak sedikit. Modal sosial menjadi salah satu alternatif dalam memberikan pencerahan tentang makna kepercayaan, kebersamaan dan toleransi. Menurut Putnam (1993), modal sosial didefinisikan sebagai suatu nilai mutual trust (kepercayaan) antara anggota masyarakat dan masyarakat terhadap pemimpinnya. Pilarnya adalah jaringan (networks), norma-norma (norms), dan kepercayaan sosial (social trust) yang mendorong pada sebuah kolaborasi sosial (koordinasi dan kooperasi) untuk kepentingan bersama. Diperlukan suatu jaringan sosial yang ada dalam masyarakat, dan norma yang mendorong produktivitas komunitas yang memberi hasil yang diinginkan maupun hasil yang tidak diinginkan (Putnam, 1993). Jaringan ini terbentuk atas kesamaan suku atau daerah, agama, politik dan lain-lain. Terwujudnya konsep modal sosial dalam realitas masyarakat akan memberikan kekuatan untuk mewujudkan demokrasi.
Abstrack. This research paper aims to discover the effects of self-efficacy and gender on the work-family balance levels of employees working in Yogyakarta. The research subjects consisted of 76 employees, half of them are male and the other half are female, working in both public and private sectors. The methods used in this research are quantitative methods. The data was collected by using two scales, which are work-family balance scales and self-efficacy scales. The chosen data analysis technique in this research is regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the research show that self-efficacy that is based on gender does have an effect on work-family balance, with an R = 0.464 with the value of p = 0.014 (p < 0.05). There is a correlation between self-efficacy with work-family balance levels in female employees if it is controlled by p = 0.022 (p < 0.05). However, self-efficacy has no effect to work-family balance levels in male employees if it is controlled by p = 0.058 (p > 0.05).
Ibu jalanan merupakan salah satu dari kelompok rentan, yaitu orang-orang yang mudah tertindas, berisiko tereksploitasi, dan sering terabaikan oleh program pemerintah. Hidup sebagai ibu jalanan bukan suatu pilihan yang menyenangkan, banyak tekanan yang harus dihadapi saat mereka menjalani peran gandanya, yaitu berjuang melayani keluarganya di tempat tinggal dan mencari nafkah untuk menopang kebutuhan keluarga di jalanan. Banyaknya tekanan hidup yang mereka hadapi dapat berdampak pada kondisi psikologis, salah satunya tingkat subjective well-being yang dimilikinya. Subjective well-being adalah evaluasi subjektif seseorang terhadap hidupnya yang meliputi komponen kepuasan hidup, afek positif, dan afek negatif. Berbagai faktor dapat mempengaruhi tingkat subjective well-being seseorang. Kajian dari paper ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan, religiusitas, kebersyukuran, kepribadian, dan dukungan sosial dapat mempengaruhi subjective well-being pada ibu jalanan.
