Latar Belakang : Tempe merupakan salah satu makanan tradisional khas Indonesia memiliki kandungan protein asam amino dan nilai biologis yang tinggi sehingga dapat menjadi alternaltif MP-ASI untuk bayi. Bubur instan merupakan salah satu MP-ASI yang dapat diberikan karena praktis dalam penyajian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui daya terima dan analisis kandungan zat gizi pada bubur instan tempe kedelai Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pre experimental design. Populasi adalah ibu yang memiliki bayi usia 6-12 bulan sebanyak 40 subjek. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Pengambilan data dengan uji tingkat kesukaan dan analisis kandungan zat gizi. Analisis data disajikan dalam tabel distribusi frekuensi Hasil: Tingkat kesukaan tertinggi terhadap rasa (45%), aroma (70%) dan tekstur (70%) pada bubur instan tempe kedelai pada Formula 6 dan untuk tingkat kesukaan warna tertinggi pada bubur instan tempe kedelai pada Formula 5 (57,5%). Daya terima bubur instan tempe kedelai tertinggi pada Formula 6 (42,5%). Hasil analisis kandungan gizi Formula 6 yaitu energi 312,55 Kkal, protein 7,5 gram lemak 30 gram, karbohidrat 24,58 gram Simpulan : Formula 6 lebih disukai dan diterima oleh subjek . Formula 6 memiliki kandungan energi, lemak dan karbohidrat sudah sesuai SNI MP-ASI bubur instan, namun kandungan protein belum sesuai SNI MP-ASI bubur instan.
This study aims to examine the role of social capital in Covid-19 in Malang City. This paper is based on the argument that social capital owned by the community can play a role in deciding the spread of Covid-19. The theory used in this paper is social capital can decide the spread of Covid-19. The recommendations for the government are to encourage people to consistently implement tough villages so that they can reduce the spread of Covid-19 and help people affected by the pandemic.
