Language is one of aspects that needs to be incressed for the development of early childhood. This study aims at determining the effect of listening and singing the songs on language development in early childhood at TPA Permata Bunda Metro. The design of this research is Quasi experiment with Nonequivalent control group pretest - postest design. The data collecting technique used observation sheet with a population of 10 children. The sampling technique was sampling random of 5 children. The normality test used Shapiro wilk. The data analized use Mann Whiney U test. The result shows that the value of Mann Whiney U test on language development with significant value 0.01 (P<0.05), it can be concluded that listening and singing the song activity can influence to language development for early childhood.

Writing is an activity to write and reformulate ideas to create meaning on a paper. In teaching writing, there are many influences, such as creativity. Creativity is an ability to create new product that can be useful and effective in original of thinking. This research is aimed at finding out whether creativity has significance influences toward writing achievement. The research was conducted at IAIN Metro in the academic year of 2012/2013. The population of this research was the third semester students of English Department of IAIN Metro. The result of this research is the students who have creativity could give significant effects on the students' writing ability and the creativity that was given by the lecturer was effective.

Punctuation usage has an important role in creating effective writing in paragraphs. This article explored on how the students’ activity in using punctuation as an aspect of writing skill correctly. Twenty secondary students participated in this study to investigate how to employ punctuation usage correctly in their English writing skills. This is descriptive qualitative research. In this case, the researcher used observation and interviews to get the data. This research was conducted for three weeks from the end of November until the second week in December 2020. The finding from the study demonstrated that the students learned to be more inventive and skillful in using punctuation usage in their writing skills. However, some punctuation usage errors were being to support students in their produce paragraph. The implication of the study is discussed to students’ writing comprehensibility of graphic principles relative to linguistic principles

Kegiatan pendampingan pembelajaran bahasa inggris dengan menggunakan media digital untuk anak usia dini merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan ketrampilan dan kemampuan dalam pembelajaran bahasa inggris untuk anak-anak usia dini yang dikemas dengan menggunakan media digital. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini dilakukan oleh 4 tim pendampingan dalam 10 kali pertemuan. Dalam 10 kali pertemuan dibagi menjadi 3 sesi yaitu, pra-survey, proses belajar, dan laporan akhir. Metode dari kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini berbentuk pengajaran bahasa Inggris dengan tahapan lecturing dan questioning and practicing. Hasil dari pelatihan dan pendampingan ini adalah 12 peserta dari 17 peserta sudah mampu mengeja, mengucapkan dan menyusun kalimat dalam berbahasa inggris. Sementara itu, 5 peserta lainya masih membutuhkan waktu lebih untuk belajar bahasa inggris dikarenakan usia masih 3-4 tahun.
