Background:Patient safety is a system designed to improve the overall safety of patient care. One of the goals of patient safety is to improve effective communication, to improve communication effectively, SBAR communication techniques are needed. Objective: To determine the relationship between compliance with the application of SBAR communication with patient safety. Method: analytic descriptive with cross sectional approach. Respondents were taken using the Accidental Sampling technique, a sample of 108 nurses from the NICU, ICU, IGD and HCU nurses. Results: Chi-square test results obtained p-value = 0.076> 0.05 which means there is no significant relationship between compliance with the application of SBAR communication with patient safety. Conclusions and recommendations: The results showed no relationship between compliance with the application of SBAR communication with patient safety. It is expected that health services can implement a formal system and training on effective communication.
The uterine contraction and complete opening (10 cm) can cause pain in birthing stage I of active phase. The objective of this research was to find out the influence of lemonade aroma and holding fingers relaxation therapies to reduce pain of birthing stage I of active phase in Seloretno village midwifery clinic in Sidomulyo sub district of South Lampung district in 2020. This was quantitative research by using a pre-experiment approach and one group pretest-posttest design. Population was 22 birthing mothers stage I in active phase in Seloretno village midwifery clinic. Samples were of total sampling. Data were collected with observation sheets and analyzed by using univariate and bivariate analyses with t-dependent test. The research result showed that the average of pain in birthing stage I of active phase before and after lemonade therapy and holding fingers relaxation therapies were 6.77 and 4.59 respectively. Then obtained p- valuei=i0.000. Suggestions for future researchers to be able to carry out further research by expanding research variables, for example factors related to pain, increasing the population and sharpening research analysis to multivariate.
Fever is described as an increase in body temperature due to an increase in the hot area in the hypothalamus. Fever can be dangerous if the temperature rises quickly. This study aims to compare the temperature of children with fever using warm compresses and cold compresses. This study uses a quasi-experimental method of Non-Randomized Two Group Pre-Test-Post-Test. This research was conducted at the Tangerang Regency General Hospital with the technique of warm compresses and cold compresses according to the applicable SOP. The actions taken in this study were by giving warm compresses and cold compresses for 15-30 minutes and checking the temperature before and after for 10-15 minutes. The results of this study obtained a comparison between warm compresses and cold compresses on a decrease in body temperature, after a warm compress the effect of a decrease in temperature was 1.43 degrees Celsius, while cold compresses had a decreasing effect of 1.98 degrees Celsius.

Based on a preliminary study by researches when PKK showed data there ±50 people experiencing anxiety. To reduce anxiety, pharmacological and non-pharmacological techniques is Benson Relaxation Therapy which is carried out by deep breathing and accompanied by beliefs held by the patient to achieve a relaxed state. The purpose of study :To determine the effect of Benson’s Relaxation Therapy on anxiety levels in preoperative patients in the patient installation of Tangerang District Hospital. Research Method : This research uses pre-eksperimental with One Group Pre-Test Post-Test with Incindental Sampling 22 respondents, using questionnaire sheets, Standard Operating Procedures and Wilcoxon test analysis. The Results of the study :Using the analysis of the Shapiro-Wilk normalization test and the Wilcoxon test with the results of p value =0.000 which means <0,005. Conclusion :There is an effect of Benson Relaxation Therapy on the anxiety levels of preoperative patients.
