Evaluation is an important activity to carry out because it is a starting point to determine the decisions and policies that will be taken as a determinant of the direction of the course of a program. This article examines the application of CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) evaluation in the superior madrasah pilot program at MTsN 1 Yogyakarta. This research method uses field research, namely field research at MTsN 1 Yogyakarta by interviewing several respondents, field observations, and documentation analysis using data in the form of documents and related data sources contained in MTsN 1 Yogyakarta. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman method is by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions or verifying data. Based on the results of research that the superior madrasah pilot program at MTsN 1 Yogyakarta can be considered to have been carried out in accordance with the intended purpose of the program, this is evidenced by the achievements achieved by students who are members of a special superior class that they have been able to make a work product that is in the form of goods such as electric masks, non-chemical handsanitizers, also in terms of scientific papers contested at the provincial and national levels. Although it has been considered successfully realized, there are several things that must be improved and improved, namely related to the human resources of educators who must be trained to be qualified in the field of scientific research.
Leadership in Islamic educational institutions is very important to be studied in depth. Leadership can determine the quality of service of an educational institution. One of the leadership models is transformational leadership, where this model is oriented towards better change for the institution. This research examines transformational leadership in improving the quality of education services at STAIT Yogyakarta. This research method uses field research, namely data collection at STAIT Yogyakarta, by interviewing several respondents, namely the Chairman, Lecturers, and Employees of STAIT Yogyakarta, field observations, and documentation analysis using data in the form of documents and related data sources needed. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman method is by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data inference or verification. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the leadership at STAIT Yogyakarta prioritizes the innovation aspect of change where the head of STAIT Yogyakarta always tries to provide encouragement, and motivation to the entire campus community to be oriented towards institutional development and institutional change. It is proven that the ideal of change that is now being worked on by STAIT Yogyakarta is the revitalization and restoration of the construction of a new building on Jalan Wates Yogyakarta.
This study aims to determine the role and strategy of the moderator driving teacher (GPM) in growing moderate values in students with a literacy approach. The object of the research is the Moderation Motivator Mr. Dwi Atmaja who is also a teacher at MTsN 3 Surabaya. This study applies the field research method, which uses data and documents collected from the field. Meanwhile, data analysis uses Miles and Huberman, namely by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions or verifying data. The results of the study show that moderate attitudes can be started to be cultivated through learning and literacy. Students are taught to use social media properly and wisely and are trained in the habit of accessing news information from trusted sources.
This article examines related learning methods that can attract learners to learn the subjects of the Curriculum with a brain-based learning approach or brain-based Learning. This method uses field research at Muhammadiyah 1 Prambanan Junior High School by interviewing several respondents, namely representatives of 7th-grade students, field observation, and documentation analysis using data in the form of documents and related data sources needed. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman methods is by data collection, data reduction, presentation of data, and withdrawal of conclusions or data verification. The research results show that the learning process with a brain-based learning approach with mind mapping methods significantly impacts learners' learning interest in the subjects of The Islamic Civilization (Tarikh) in Grade 7. The trial results showed that almost all pupils' grade scores increased, affecting average grades in each class. The learners' enthusiasm is also seen when they do mind mapping with great earnestness. However, in this learning model with mind mapping, some shortcomings exist. Namely, it will be difficult for students who are not interested to understand the material quickly.
In times of crisis the COVID-19 pandemic requires that all aspects of life undergo changes from conventionality becomes digital, and the impact is no exception for institutions Islamic education. This article examines the prophetic leadership strategies in Islamic educational institutions in the era of change due to the COVID-19 Pandemic in relation to the way the institution can survive various changes that occur, under the control of a leader. This research method uses field research, namely field research at STAIT BIAS Yogyakarta with Interviewed several respondents, field observations, and documentation analysis using data in the form of doumen and related data sources contained in islamic educational institutions. Data analysis using miles and huberman methods is by data collection, data reduction, presentation of data, and withdrawal of conclusions or verification of data. Based on the results of research that the prophetic leadership strategy in managing the Islamic education institution STAIT BIAS Yogyakarta during the crisis due to the COVID-9 pandemic is the leadership is trying to provide a decision that is important for all members of the academic community. As for example the policy of sidiq aspect , that the value of honesty built is in terms of presence, at STAIT BIAS Yogyakarta does not use finger print but is written manual in the journal of the presence of both lecturers and employees. The trust or amanah aspect, STAIT BIAS Yogyakarta is accustomed to starting to build that value from a small thing, namely when the meeting is all obliged to record the results of the verdict agreed in the meeting. Its function as a reminder so that the decision can be realized as well as possible. Aspect tablig, the leaders in setting policy decisions not only look at the rules of the Foundation, but consider from the aspect of regulations that develop in the community with the principle of maintaining benefits, for example in the determination of Work From Home (WFH). The fatanah well,intelligence here is how the leader is able to present as a problem solver and provide the best solution. At STAIT BIAS Yogyakarta in the face of pandemic crisis in decision making always considers the aspects of the safety of the academic community and the welfare in general. So that the policies rolled out can provide solutions to what is a common need. The implication of this research has been done as an improvement in scientific characteristics about prophetic leadership related to managing Islamic educational institutions in times of crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
